A Good Experience
The Sales Manager, Rich, was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Their whole approach was positive, and made for a good buying experience. I would recommend trying Danvers Volvo, if you are in the market for a Volvo.
Fast, friendly and reliable
This dealership is professional, speedy and courteous. We leased a XC40 via the Volvo Care Program and they were with us every step of the way. Tim P. was excellent to work with from start to finish, highly recommend him and this dealership!

Everyone was nice and professional. Chris at the Service Desk was extremely helpful and considerate in scheduling the service and facilitating a wait time of less than 2 hours.
Terrible sales staff
I made a deal with the salesperson only to get a call from the manager saying there is no way the deal as I stated was agreed to. After listening to the recording the sales manager was extremely dismayed that I was right and represented exactly the deal I had agreed to on a brand new Xc 90 inscription. He then tried to change the terms of the deal. Typical car dealer trying to screw the customer. I would never buy from them again
BEST salesperson EVER
We were a bit stressed out having had our Volvo 'rear-ended' on 128 and a total loss. (State police said..."Lucky you were in a Volvo!") I had surfed about how to deal with a car salesman and was ready with notes. NO NEED! Driton Aliu is simply a gracious salesman and human being. No pressure at all. He let us take our time talking about what we wanted in an automobile and why we had picked a CrossCountry from their we site. Pointed out just a few aspects of the car and took us for a test drive. The entire buying and paperwork process went amazingly smoothly. Once our car was processed through registration etc., Driton was kind enough to pick us up in Rockport and drive us to Danvers where he took us through all the basics of the new 'bells and whistles'. He said to live with the car for 2 weeks or so and then come back with any/all the questions we had. 48 hours later Driton called to check in and make sure all was going well with our new (used) car. He is really an amazing guy...it is worth getting a car at Danvers Volvo just to deal with Driton!
Best car buying experience to date!
I would highly recommend this dealership to any person looking for an honest, uncomplicated, and fair deal when shopping for a new car. Working with Hysen (sales agent) and Mike (finance) at Volvo Village was the most stress free and fun experience I have ever had shopping for a new car. Everyone there is so knowledgeable and friendly, taking their time answering my questions and going over the various options available for Volvo’s new XC40, which, I have to say, is my all-time dream car! I had done my research on this car over the winter and knew exactly how I wanted it to be equipped, and what I wanted for a deal. Hysen exceeded my expectations when it came time to work out the details (never trying to sell me something I was not interested in), and in showing me the safety features (cross traffic alerts, lane keeping aid, blind spot notification). Mike was also very helpful in exploring our best options when it came to financing, whether to buy, lease, or try out Volvo’s new subscription plan. In the end we decided on leasing and both my husband and I are very happy with the deal we worked out with Mike. Taking delivery on the car was also a breeze. When I went to pick the car up it was a sunny Saturday morning and they were busy, but I was greeted warmly and taken care of right away. Hysen took his time going over all of the car’s many features (which are beyond cool), and then linking the car to my phone (Bluetooth, Spotify, and Volvo on call). This last feature not only links the car to roadside assistance, but shows where my car is parked and allows me to turn on lights, horn or both). There are just too many awesome features to name! I don’t think I have ever had this much fun learning about a car. All in all, from start to finish, just a wonderful experience!

Great experience
My sales agent Driton went above and beyond to get me into the vehicle that I wanted. He located the vehicle on a boat coming from Sweden and arranged for it to be delivered to the dealership. He made every step along the way pleasant and easy. I would highly recommend this dealership and my salesperson, Driton.

Quick and professional service by whole team at dealership for flat tire in pothole - Sunday afternoon. Towed for Monday fix. Covered by protection plan. Dealership co-ordinated everything. Seamless and hassle free.
Easiest car purchase I ever had
Tim met us at the door and had the S60 we inquired about ready for a test drive. He explained the details of the car and went on a long test ride with us. The buying process from start to finish was fast. We were able to negotiate a fair price and get the papers signed in a couple of days. I came out later in the week and drove my car home. So far so good ....
