Daniel and Les were very forthright and good about answering all my questions and pricing various options to help me find the best XC90 for me. They were never pushy and I felt I was able to get a price that worked well for me.

Do Not buy a used car at Volvo of the Triad WS, NC!

My wife & I- a retired couple were looking for a reliable second car at a good price. We found a used car at this dealership. The service manager, Ralph, called to confirm the car had been " thoroughly checked" and was in great mechanical condition. Also, it had the dealers " 200 point check up" and all was positive. After signing all the paperwork, but prior to paying, we insisted we take the car to our own trusted mechanic. We met our salesperson at our mechanics shop. When the car was raised on his lift, oil was dripping from everywhere! Long story short, repairs would be $3000-$5000 minimum!! it is beyond my belief that a dealership could be this unethical. The sales manager, Les, was so positive about all the "check points" being positive. Even more difficult to comprehend, is a service manager (Ralph) out right lying about the mechanical condition of the car. I am so thankful we did not purchase this vehicle prior to having our mechanic check it out. My advice, look elsewhere for a car. And Volvo of WS, NC- you should be ashamed for condoning such deception!

My wife and I couldn’t be more happy with our purchase of our Volvo S90. John Ross was very helpful and knowledgeable and for him to be only a few weeks new you wouldn’t have thought that. I came in that morning to look at XC90s for my wife, brought her back that afternoon and she looked at the XC90, XC60, and S90. John’s patience with us, recommendations, and treating my wife like she was just as important, if not more, compared to the sales staff at Crown really spoke volumes and is what also lead to us pulling a trigger and buying a car same day from Jon. We would recommend Volvo Winston Salem dealership and Jon to anyone. We are very satisfied customers.

I purchased a 2019 Volvo XC90 a little over 6 months ago. I have never had such an awesome experience. They offer free car washes for life! Every time I go in, all of the service guys know me and are super friendly and accommodating. Between the fresh cookies and superb service what more could you ask for? I am so happy with my purchase and the continued exceptional service!

I was very impressed with this dealership and it's people. It was one of the nicest ones I've been in. Clean, professional and accommodating. As are all the people. I worked primarily with Daniel and I was completely at ease. As a female, that's important to me. I didn't feel pressure and I felt heard. You can tell, not only him but everyone, cares about what they're doing. Everything felt fair and honest and I felt taken care of. Like I'm already part of the family. Not to mention, I got a killer car! Would recommend to anyone.

Probably like yourself, I took to Google Reviews in research of Volvo Cars of Winston Salem. Within my research, I came across Logan Fowler, a salesperson at the dealership. After I read up on their dealership and their extensive history of customer service, I decided to give Logan a call. From start to finish, Logan was approachable, personable, and professional. The same information other reviewers had articulated before me. Logan truly focused on ensuring that I was looking at the perfect vehicle, rather than focusing on any pricing. We test drove a couple, and Logan was sure to decipher my needs, rather than pushing his own. When things came to business, Logan was quick to advocate for me, and I truly felt that he had my interest first, rather than his own. In today’s world, we commonly judge people based on a quick moment or two. I can honestly say that from the initial impression, until the end, Logan is an outstanding young man. Being great at his job is simply just a bonus. If you’re looking at a Volvo, these guys are the place to be. What they offer you outscores any other dealership in the area. They’re family owned, and were all courteous and professional, even though we closed the place down well after their scheduled time.
