My Awesome 2015.5 XC70 Platinum T6 AWD
I always receive excellent service from the Winston/Salem dealership. I particularly appreciate and value the assistance and attentiveness that I receive from Diana Hein. Thank y'all!!
Poor customer Service
While I did contact the dealership at a very busy time of the year, I was surprised at the lack of customer service. One sales representative I contacted on December 23rd said they were going into a meeting and would call me right after it was finished. I didn't hear back so I called and left a message later that day. I finally received a text from them today on January 2nd! Another sales person I spoke with said that they would call me back within an hour. When I finally called back 4 hours later she said that she was with the same customers she was with 4 hours prior. Later they left a message on my phone telling me what a great deal they were able to get for me. When I spoke with them they had reduced the price by $211. My general impression is that the salespeople I spoke with were junior and quite inexperienced. When I did speak with one of them they did not seem to have any answers and used the old phrase "I need to speak with my manager" and then didn't call back. I finally gave up and purchased a vehicle from another dealer with a more seasoned sales staff.

Very rude staff. Always do rush job
Very bad after sales service. Always do rush job. Their misdiagnosis costed me $$$$. Even after leaving multiple messages they do not even bother to call back. Probably will never buy any vehicle from this dealer again. After leaving negative review I was called by this dealer and they asked me to come to showroom to get the issue fixed. When I went to dealer, I was told by service manager Mr Ralph that "we have orders from Owner that my vehicle will ONLY be attended if I remove my negative feedback". Staff is very rude, and was told to go to another Volvo dealership. Once again- by doing this, this dealership is attesting the level of service they can provide and proving one more time that once sales is done they don't care. Very bad!
Extremely rude and refused to repair vehicle
We've been customers of this dealership for over twenty years and have over the past several years seen a decline in their customer service. They did body repair on one of our vehicles a few years ago and we recently noticed that the work with not completed as expected. The liftgate on the vehicle began to not open properly. After taking the vehicle to local repair shop, they pointed out that components had been left off during the repair and that was causing the issue. WS Volvo initialed talked as if they may correct the issue. We were subsequently called by the Operations Manager (Ralph Harding) who was extremely rude to my husband and ended the call by telling him not to come on their property again or the police would be called. We were accused of threatening them. All we asked was that they do the right thing. We are not difficult people and were shocked to be treated in this manner. A local body shop made our repair for less than $200 because they felt we had been treated so unfairly that they didn't charge us for their labor. Please stay away from this dealer. If available were would give them negative stars.
Great customers experience!!
Overall, great experience. Logan was very helpful and attentive to all our questions and requests. Finance lady was patient and answer ALL my questions. Generally all team create very family atmosphere but at the same time very professional customer service. Everything was done very fast with big focus on customer experience and satisfaction. I think that we found the right Car shop and stay loyal customers for many many years.

But it wasn’t because Volvo of Winston-Salem didn’t try! If I had to purchase another Vehicle Volvo of WS is where I’d go and Volvo is top of the line! Awesome cars!!!ask for Daniel Holder! I recently purchased a 2018 V60 from Volvo Cars of Winston Salem and I could not have asked for a better experience. Melissa Grant was very attentive without being pushy, and she helped me find the exact low mileage, used V60 that I was looking for.
