Worst service ever. I was trying to buy an XC60 off of them and they seemed genuinely uninterested in communicating with me. 3 days into my email exchange with them, they stopped responding and didn't give me any of the info I requested. I went to Riley Volvo in Stamford and got an XC60 T5 Inscription and saved over $150/month based on the very little info I got from this dealership. Don't waste your time!
Great service on parts from Dan Filipe
I needed a new set of rims for my Polestar 2 so that I can have a winter wheel set and a summer wheel set. I worked with Dan Filipe and he was great. He was quick to respond to e-mail and texts, he got the parts in, and he promptly shipped them out. When he did ship them out, he sent an e-mail with the tracking number. The rims arrived in perfect shape. It may seem a simple thing for a manager to be responsive and proactive in communication, but I don't take it for granted. Dan set the bar for others.
They used to be great! Now, not so much
Car was not prepped for my pickup. Registration was wrong. And communication with team there was not fun or enjoyable at all! Go somewhere else. Scheduled my pick up, drove to dealership only to get a call from salesperson as i was about to pull into lot to give my car back that it wasnt ready til 12 noon... i called on monday to say id be there at 930AM on Saturday. The delay was because the GM of dealership had been using the car before it was to go to me... a dealer vehicle but a 2019. No one paid attention to my appointment. Alot of back and forth to finally find out car wouldnt be ready til late in the afternoon. Then i got my registration that i paid for them to get to see they made an error and renewed a dealers registration that lasts 3 months. And when i called they said "you have to get it now." No matter what i said the 3 dofferent people said i had to do it even though NJ only allows dealers to get registrations on leased cars. Then it took over 4 months to get it back and it was before the pandemic. Every lie and excuse was given. I got the registration via Fedex ON THE DAY IT WOULD EXPIRE. From sales guy to finance to receptionist to GM, not one person went above and beyond. To this day, GM has not answered my question on whether i am to tell them to renew it or will they have it scheduled. Sadly this is my 3rd, but final, VOLVO S60 from dealership. Go to another dealer.
CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS
I am looking to lease a XC90 for over a week now, and unfortunately it is impossible to to reach a salesman or manager, and nobody ever calls back. This is not called "customer service". Get your car at a different location.
Highly satisfying experience
As a long-time customer, I've seen this entity improve substantially under it's relatively new management. My most recent service visit (scheduled annual maintenance) was particularly gratifying. Antonio has handled me in the past, and he made me feel as if he knew me personally, even though it's been a year since we last interacted. He is thoroughly professional, and he is an excellent ambassador for a company that delivers on the promise of superb service, which one hopes for when paying for Volvo - I was well taken care of - and it's highly appreciated - especially during these stressful times. We're currently living upstate, but I preferred to take care of this in Manhattan, instead of establishing a new relationship with an upstate dealer, and I am glad I did so.
BEAUTIFUL STOREFRONT GREAT ATTITUDE BY SALES STAFF
Had an pleasant interaction with the sales staff. At first by email and phone. Then visited at due to random chance. The sales person i spoke to was really pleasant, not pushy. However the dealership, like many other, tacked on additional fees which should be part of the cost of business and not added to the customer as 'additional fees'. I didnt purchase because at the time i wasn't ready, so i didnt get to negotiate etc, however the added fees are discouraging.
Great for both Buying and getting car serviced
I have had a great experience here. The Sales team was extremely patient and did not push us to make a purchase. They made us feel welcome and comfortable. Service is great as well. They always accommodate our requests and respond with an option that is convenient to us. Premm was great. He spoke with me and understood our concerns and provided immediate assistance in making sure that the issues with the car were handled and addressed right away.
