Poor service and overpriced/overcharged
I brought my 2013 Jetta in for oil change, tire rotation & a problem with locks not locking was told it would take about an hour. I was there for close to 3 hours and was given a bill for over $850. I am waiting to hear back from service department on these charges. Note: the car was taken to one of the back bays so had no idea if the charges were valid. They hide all the cars in back bay for people that are waiting for their cars to be done. I spoke with several people there that were waiting as well.

We were given top dollar for both of our trade in vehicles and felt so well taken care of during our trade in and purchase process. Vic was super knowledgeable on Volkswagen products and was able to answer any question we had. We walked out feeling like we had made two new friends rather than the typical slimy car-salesperson experience.
