Reasonable, friendly, easy going. These guys have a good inventory, and help you find what you are looking for, without pushing you into anything. Found what I wanted, reached out the day prior, Drove off the lot the next day by lunchtime! There lobby is a very nice place to hangout, while waiting for the paper work.

My sales assistant Alex was so helpful! He was knowledgeable about the car I wanted and helped the process move along quickly. The gentleman in finance was also very courteous and helpful. They kept me informed throughout my time at the dealership. The showroom is very clean and modern. I am always pleased with the service department staff as well.

Not very happy that 24hrs after getting our subaru the clutch went out and we had mentioned a burning smell when the sales guy brought it to us to test drive. Would not recommend volkswagen of salem to anyone because of their service. You think being a top rated dealership they would be more customer service oriented when it come to issues of this nature. I told tony and francisco both the sales guys we were with that there was a burning smell before we drove it not after and still they say its our problem..

I already reached out to the company they said the $3600 warranty would cover the repair but we are expected to pay the $250 deductible. Even after i had asked the company if they would in good faith. The reason i asked is because what if we didnt get the warranty then what, would we still get help? Or just be expected to pay 2k for the clutch replacement? If they are willing to help then pay the deductible and we are even and I will delete this review. If not my feelings stand and i feel we are being held responsible for the repair, because in no way did the dealership help other than fix the problem which we couldve gone to any repair shop and had the warranty company pay them to fix it and a preferred option would be take it to a subaru dealership who had subaru certified mechanics!
