They took care of my car quickly without an appointment. I asked about the warranty for the battery and he told my 3 years with the cost of labor. 5 years paying for a reduced cost. He had already left when I came for my car. I asked for a printed copy of the warranty, another guy said the parts carried a 1 year warranty. He didn’t know why I would think that as if I made the whole thing up. I looked up the warranty policy online and it outlined more than 1 year. I bought that car in 2004 and always had it serviced there. Maybe I should look for another resource.

I arrived at 4:25 pm for an oil change. Caesar told me they may not be able to service the car because I didn’t have an appointment. I told him the website does not require an appointment appointment. I then was told the wait would be 1.5 to 2.0 hours. I was told the oil change for my 2018 VW atlas 4 cylinder would be 120.00 dollars. I asked if there were an coupons and was told sorry no. That sounded high but I agreed. I went up stairs for my 2.0 hour wait to find I was the only customer waiting. While I waited I called the following dealers and obtained their oil change prices. Autobahn countyrside -89.00 oil change VW of Oak Lawn. - 99.00 oil change Vw of Elmhurst. - 93.00 oil change I waited 1.5 hours for my oil change then asked why orland park was the highest price for oil changes. Caesar just so happen to at the time find a 20.00 off coupon. Whole thing appears to be an inflated scam. How can your dealership be 20-30 dollars more than other local dealers. I was not satisfied and will not be returning.

First the bait and switch. They offered a car at $18,270. I asked, “It’s a bit of a drive. Will you hold the Jetta for us?” “Yes, come on in, I’ll be waiting for you.” The car wasn’t there and they came at us with an offer on payment alone. I said I want to see the numbers. Then they show up with the numbers $19,212. I told them they quoted me a lower number and they told me the car sold. This one was a higher price but had zero changes on options, year, accessories, etc. Next the nasty $995 security module they sneak in the deal. I had to physically get up to walk out after an hour of negotiating this one out of the deal. They reluctantly took it out. Finally the hidden $1,000 charge. Last, we waited four hours to see the finance guy who had one last truck up his sleeve. All the numbers were good, except the $1,000 add on for protection. Brake pads, rotors, battery, wipers, etc covered for 3 years/30k. “No thank you”, I declined. “This is mandatory.” they informed me. They would not back down. BEWARE AFTER ALL THE NEGOTIATIONS ARE DONE THEY PLAN TO STICK YOU WITH ANOTHER $1,000 CHARGE, NON NEGOTIABLE. I couldn’t be more unhappy. I have made a formal complaint to VW.

My overall dealings there was fantastic. I will definitely refer family and friends there... The management team and service department is awesome. I will be back in the future

Everything was great. I was ahead of the game for service so I just a car wash and the checked the tire pressure for me.

We have a 2001 Passat, very low mileage and it runs well. We took it in for an oil change and also inquired about an oil leak. After inspection, we were told that there was so much oil on the engine that it would be impossible to tell where leak was coming from. We were quoted almost $3000 with no guarantee that they would even be able to find the leak. The service representative asked us what we wanted to do with the car. (Keep it and maintain it, of course!) When we asked to have the car washed, which is usually a courtesy given with an oil change, we were told it would take 40 minutes. To add insult to injury, forty minutes later when the car was released to us it was still dirty.

great service representative, quick service, great job washing the car after the service as well, price for service was high and coupons were not competitive with neighboring VW dealers
