I’m an out of state buyer. The staff was super helpful. They accommodated to all my requests. They hadn’t forced me to purchase any products with out which dealers in my area aren’t willing to sell me the car even for sticker price. Tausif and Blendi were very kind, passionate about their job and helped me with all the questions I had in a very positive way. Blendi was there with us during the car delivery and helped us with the car set up, explained the features and guided us on things we didn’t know. Overall my experience is best compared to the local dealer. I would definitely go back to VW Nanuet for all my future purchases. Note: this is not a paid/promotional review.

The service department here is just outstanding. Dropoff and pickup are a breeze. Amanda and the rest of the staff are friendly and don't try to pressure you into anything you don't need. And the work they do is top notch. Couldn't be happier with my experiences so far.
