Sleezy dishonest dealer

Saw a Tahoe on their website and called to see if I could buy it. They said it wouldn’t be in for about 4 days. I said that was fine, and asked what I needed to do to reserve it? They said I couldn’t reserve it on line with a deposit etc, but if I came to the dealership I could. Since they were closing before long, I drove the 45 mins to get there. Once there, I met the salesman I spoke with on the phone. We sat down & he said, “ oh , we can’t hold a car for you, all we can do is agree to terms, and then when it comes in, we can complete everything.” I told him that wasn’t what they told me on the phone, but, I still wanted to buy the car, but I didn’t understand the “Agee to terms” comment because I was willing to pay the price that was on line. That’s when he told me that the on line price wasn’t really the price. Vandergrff apparently adds 10% to the price they show on their own web site. The bait & switch didn’t sit well so I got up and left, drove back 45 minutes home. What a sleezy group!

Avoid. Get better deal at a different Chev dealer

Very Disappointed about the overall experience purchasing my 2022 Tahoe RST. I do not recommend purchasing from this dealer. Go to a different Chevrolet dealer and get better price, service and dealer-installed options. Bill of sale does not show dealer-installed options and can not get dealer to provide written confirmation. Miscommunication and failure to follow-up on deal credit with director of customer satisfaction. 5 stars to salesman John Montgomery who did an excellent job of 'reading the audience' and letting me proceed at my own pace

My family has shopped here for the past years. Today I went to go look at a Tahoe after confirming with the internet sales rep the availability and the price. I get there and it appears that they want to charge a 10% markup bc of the market shortage on Tahoes. They could have saved me the 40 mile drive. If anything drives me a while is the hidden fees and delearships advertising one price and giving you another higher price when you are there.

False advertising on prices when you call they tell you the price online it’s not actually the price the dealer charges 10% for offer and demand
