Terrence Holmes is one of the most experienced sales person I have met. Did his majic and got me an excellent deal. Buying a car at Vaden in Brunswick look him up you won’t go wrong.

Horrible rude service employees

Rude service department. First thing out of their mouth was we are a week out for any service. When I asked for a price for a service they gave me a number off the top of their head which was 600.00 higher then another dealership did it for with him oem parts. Everyone was rude and grumpy. I also noticed the old service manager from the Chrysler dealership walking around aimlessly. He was a joke there and more then likely a joke at Vaden. I’d rather drive to Savannah or Jax to get service then deal with lazy, rude and disrespectful employees here locally. I guess I shouldn’t of mentioned the warranty work that was needed. Maybe they would of been able to fit me in. Who knows.
