Went looking for one specific truck that I knew wasn’t in their inventory but available at a dealer out of town. They attempted to work with the other dealer which proved unsuccessful. We then looked at the closest model they had in stock. After Test driving and negotiating, we were able get the price right for my liking. The trade in for my old truck was never a question as they gave what I had asked upfront. We made the purchase and are delighted at our new truck. My only issue is the truck I traded in had a fifth shell trailer hitch that was not part of the trade. Taking a little longer than I’d like to get it removed and returned to me so that I can install in the new truck.

Went in to see a car advertised on line. I was told the price advertised was with all rebates. No one could have the rebates and the price was actually 3500. Dollars more than advertised. Wow
Stephanie, We apologize for this incentive compilation and the rebates listed include all who qualify for all incentives. We are aware that it includes all and the manufacturer does as well. In addition we understand that some will and some will not qualify, but we try to include compatible rebates that most customers qualify for. It was very misleading. The car was advertised for 16500. I have perfect credit . There was no reason why I shouldn't have qualified . When you advertise a price you should honor what you have advertised.

This place is incompetent. Our car had 3 recalls and a warranty claim. I won’t hold the recalls against the dealership but I do hold how they are handled against them. 1.) when making the appointment for the recalls they never informed us on how the car needs to be prepped. For example, fuel tank being nearly empty. 1/3 of a tank was apparently to much for them). 2.) they said they ordered the parts needed and would call us to make appoint to fix warranty claim and fuel pump but never did after waiting 2 weeks. 3.) they fixed the last recall issue but didn’t order all parts needed for warranty issue. 4.) made our 3 appt on a Friday for the following Friday. We get there the next week and guess what?! Our appt isn’t in the system! We left car there anyway figuring they could fit the 2-3 hour job in same day or following day. 5.). They lost the god xxxx car! 6.) They ordered the wrong freaking parts to fix the warranty issue! 7) 4 appts over 45 days and the car still isn’t done and it will be about another xxxx week. These people are about as incompetent as a rock.
Car buying made easy
Terrance Holmes is a great salesman. He should teach a class on how to treat customers. Made buying a used car easy and fun. Would not hesitate to recommend Dan Vaden Chevrolet.

Beware of Service
Traveled three hours to this dealer to look at a used, hard to find luxury car. Opened the trunk and found the spare tire almost floating in water. Service manager stated it was a known issue with car model - faulty tail light seal. Deal was to replace seal, replace carpet and deliver to us. During the 9 day wait for delivery received a phone call that seal was installed and they were doing a water test with a person inside the trunk. Received another call that new carpet was being installed. Upon delivery did my our water test, water still coming into the trunk and discovered carpet was cleaned, not replaced. Could have driven 3 hours back to dealer, but decided to You Tube the issue. Got in the trunk and had water sprayed and found the issue was one nut missing from a screw behind the carpet in the trunk/quarter panel area. Bought a nut, installed it, TA DA no more water leaking. Now, ask yourself, what kind of water test could they have done. I tend to believe it wasn't done because someone laying in the trunk could NOT have missed what I saw.
