If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’ll try my best to keep this short. I bought a car from Gary here at this dealership 5 months ago, and 3 weeks in of owning the car the check engine light had turned on so I took the car to the shop, they supposedly fixed it only to find out I would have had to keep taking the car in for the same diagnostic codes every month after that for a total of 4 times in 5 months. I then received a letter from the dmv in the mail stating my registration was incomplete due to smog check not being up to date!!! I finally had had enough and went to another dealership and traded the car in. I was then notified by this other dealership that Vacaville dodge dealers had not done the smog before selling the car to me and had not ran any dmv paperwork what so ever because they had a problem with the previous owner not finishing a portion of the paperwork. This place is a joke. To try to get a hold of someone that can actually help you is nearly impossible. Now I’m dealing with trying to get this dealership to refund me for the extended warranty I purchased for the vehicle and I have not been able to get anyone to help me with this.. legal action is my last and final option here! People do NOT go here such a sketchy, and extremely unprofessional place.

What can I say about Vacaville Dodge...The service is great. Leo helped me purchase my 2021 Dodge Challenger. My Wife and I were very impressed with Leo. He is a true professional. He is very friendly, down to earth, speaks honestly and listens more than he talk. We told him exactly what we were looking for and he made it happen!...Working with Leo was like working with a friend...He gave us a great deal!...He made suggestions that were very helpful and delivered our Beautiful "Scatpack"!...Since our purchase, Leo has continued to help us and is always available when we have questions...I would recommend Leo to anyone looking for a new or used car...He's the Best! -star Had a major breakdown towing my RV. 2020 Ram 2500 Cummins....25,000 miles. I understand stuff happens and was upset but , when I was looking to have my tow driver drop it off at the dealer , the service dept said , "dont bring it here" ....now I'm REALLY upset! They have no room to park service vehicles nor would they be able to look at it for 2 weeks!! Didnt care that I was stuck on a 2 lane road with a 5th wheel , dogs and my family. Called Hilltop Ram and they were VERY apologetic that this was happening to me and said "get it here" so they could dig into it. This is what I wished I had experienced at Vacaville but didnt go down that way. VERY disappointed! 5 days later , my truck is repaired along with a recall that was outstanding...didn't even ask for that!. I was on a waiting list since Dec 2020 for that recall issue at Vacaville...LOL I will no longer do business with Vacaville and highly recommend others do the same. If you are local , its worth driving a little further for a much better level of service. Amazing how these folks still have customers
Worst Dealership experience ever
First i reached out to the dealer about a window sticker because i wanted to see if its worth looking at the truck. I never received it until I looked at two trucks on Tuesday. Drove 2h one way. I was completely ignored at the shop until Matt helped me. He was kind and very knowledgeable about the trucks I wanted to see. He also printed out the windowsticker, turns out selling peice was over MSRP from 2015. Would have never driven that way. Then i asked for service papers and they couldnt find or get them. I told them 2 days later that i would like to have the rust at the door fixed, and if we could negotiate the price if they couldnt. Long story shirt thsy gave me a deal that they loose money and its sold as is etc. So I asked them if we could go ahead and purchase the truck and keep it there until Saturday so i can pick it up. They said no again. So we couldnt finish the financing process. Needless to say not even 4 h later the price jumped !!!$7000!!! and they said that the value of the truck raised. They have had that truck on the lot for over 100 days. I asked them if they would honor the price we agreed on and they said no again. $61000 is the final price after discount. It was $57000. I have never experienced a more greedy and awful customer service in my life. Needless to say that I will never purchase a car there ever because it doesnt matter how mich money you spend you'll be treated like sh... I can recommend Matt as a person that helps you looking for a car but otherwise i would recommend staying away from that dealer as far as you can.

Had my 2017 ram 1500 Serviced here. Ranjit Garcha was awesome to work with. He is very honest, professional, kind, and respectful. Got everything I needed done at a great price and in a timely manner. Will be returning for future services. I Highly recommend.

Vacaville Dodge Treated us Well!
I found the vehicle I wanted on the Ram Trucks website - a Ram Promaster hi roof 136WB. I contacted Vacaville Dodge by email and they followed by email and text very quickly. I worked with Izzy and Adam to arrange the purchase. Chuck also followed up at one point to make sure I was satisfied with the help I was getting. I was very pleased that there were no surprise fees. Other dealerships I talked to were not advertising the real price, and only after I contacted them did I find out there were hidden fees, or restrictions. Thanks to Vacaville Dodge for being straight! I arranged a date with Izzy to do the paper work. He made sure it was quick, the vehicle was fresh from the detail shop, and everything was handled quickly and correctly. I came in with 3rd party financing already arranged; they offered me a better financing deal, which I accepted. It was a great experience all around.
