I went to the lot to look at a 2015 Volkswagen Jetta. After driving the car, I fell in love with it. Steve and Alex allowed me to take the vehicle to get inspected but my joy was short lived. There were many problems with the vehicle so, I decided not to purchase it. After the fact, I found out that their vehicles are all wreck, accident, or salvage repairs. Although they had good customer service, I was not in the business to purchase a vehicle that would start off with known issues.

I looked at VA Motorcars for a used Subaru. I was in luck because they specialized in used Subarus at great prices. However, they also specialize in rebuilt titles. Many of their cars have definitely been repaired very thoroughly and properly, my only issue was insuring a car of this status. I wish I could have given them my business, but they did not have the inventory at the time. However, everyone I spoke to at this lot was super helpful and very very friendly. If you are looking for a cheap used Subaru, definitely give them a look, they KNOW Subarus.

Steve was very friendly and couteous. I contacted on there website and inquired about the car I was interested in. When I arrived from my 5 hour drive to see the vehicle, the car was ready for my test drive. Steve, and Alex addressed every issue I had with the vehicle I was interested in. Bought a '16 Forester Limited after I had called to inquire about a '15 that was sold. Steve Rubin was very upfront and honest thru the whole process. Kept me informed on repair progress, sent photos and took care of some minor problems that we discovered when we first looked at the car. Long story short--We are thrilled with our "new" Forester and would not hesitate to do business with Steve or the owner Alex. The repairs seem to be perfect and I've had it looked at by my mechanic. I found the sticker pricing to be good on their used cars. I bought from them a 5-year old Subaru Forester in excellent shape; two separate mechanics confirmed it was a good deal (one before the sale and one after). The sales is knowledgeable, friendly, and no nonsense. The lot is basic -- a tiny plot on a highway access road -- and functional. I'd buy from them again.
