3 hours wait for the 30K service.

3 hours wait for the 30K service. And after waiting 3 hrs, I am told they didn't have Engine & Air filters to replace, and worst of all, they we included in the invoice. Only after finding out by myself, I had to get then deducted from the final invoice. Junior was the advisor, and I left very disappointed with the overall client attention. Finally (a minor but relevant issue) the coffee machine was broken, and they didn't care at all.
