I called ahead to ask my sales associate, Jon Pollock, to hold a newly advertised certified Q7 for 4 hours while I drove from Portland to Seattle. Jon went out of his way to accommodate me and assured me the car would be waiting. He was friendly, engaging, and absolutely knowledgeable about the product he sales. During the test drive, I was given a brief summary of the features the car had and after returning to the dealership, I was given a more detailed explanation of the Q7’s amenities. The price was more than fair, the car was better than advertised, and financing got an interest rate for me that was lower than my own credit union offered. University Audi Lynwood provided a luxury experience from first call to driving off the lot. Best experience I have ever had at a dealership!! Thanks again Ron. Shawn

Brought in my Allroad for routine service and a check engine light. Service was superb led by Kevin Fountain and the team. Everything was professional and the whole dealership was accommodating which is something that you can’t take for granted anymore during times of Covid. In 2010 we bought a new VW sportswagen at this dealership and were totally blown-away by the excellent customer service. In fact, ours was a rush closing as we were traveling and not only did the salesperson do a real quick close but also took us to the airport. This time we purchased a 2014 Tesla and received the exact same service as we received in 2010, outstanding and we will remember and pass the name of the dealership to our friends. Marc Canas was very knowlegable re the Tesla which was great and he also has a great personality. Thanks Marc. The manager was also a first class person.

The service rep, Kevin Fountain, was hugely helpful in every way on what might otherwise been a difficult service. Because of the Covid-19, my Audi Q-5 was stranded at long term parking at the Seattle airport. Kevin helped me get the car back to his dealership, handled the service issues including recalls and gave me great directions for getting on the road again after I picked up the car. I give this dealership 5 stars and espeially to Kevin in the service department for his attention to detail.

I purchased out of state an Audi A4 2018 manual transmission, the process was not as easy as I would have thought, but all the people I had to deal with at University Audi Lynnwood were nothing but amazing. From the first call when Ryan answered, helping me put down a deposit, to the paperwork maze, to the support to meet my timeline, everybody was so helpful and I am so grateful for their support. I would recommend this dealership to anybody in the country!
