The salesman Sawyer was great to deal with. He was very helpful in working on our trade value and locating the exact car we were looking for.

The sales person was nice but I’m pretty disappointed. I went in to look at low priced vehicles I told them my credit situation they showed me one car the only car they said I could get approved on they offered me a pmt of 500-580 but never even told me what exactly the pmt would me I asked if we could get to a smaller pmt I am not even washing a big difference under 500 and that was the end of the Experience. I asked them not to blast my credit all over the place and they did just that and to primary banks who more likely would not take someone with my credit. Not only did I not get a fair chance to buy a car here they sabotaged my chances at being able to buy a car anywhere else my score dropped 40 points because of this. Not happy at all.

At Universal, one experiences an efficient, , honest, friendly, and courteous Service Dept. The entire staff is helpful and friendly. They maintain a clean, safe environment..

We have done business with Universal Toyota so many times it pains me to write this review. There is a Tacoma shortage so we have been flexible with the delays. We had two trucks ordere back on 2/24/21. Not only are they not in, Universal Toyota said they will no longer honor our agreed upon price! We had a signed agreement with Rocco for these two trucks. We kept getting the run around. He is very nice but I suspect those over him stopped him from keeping his word on the deal. Adam, the general sales manager was the one the raise our price nearly $2,000. I guess they felt why worry about taking care of a long time customer during a supply/demand shortage because they know they can sell these for higher price. Very disappointed Universal Toyota would not keep their word! Be careful when buying from these guys. Make sure they don't change the deal at the last minute! ***After hearing Heather's response I downgraded this to a 1 star. Apparently it is common practice to agree on a price, give you a time frame, and then decide not sell you the vehicle if they have a better offer from a new customer. Look elsewhere all!***

Tony Franks was my salesman and he was phenomenal! 10/10 recommend seeing him, he communicated exceptionally, went over and above, and just got me a better deal than I could have asked for!

We have received excellent service at Universal Toyota. Our salesman Syed Kazmi has been extremely helpful. He found us an amazing truck right away and has gone above and beyond to help us ever since. He answers our texts very quickly even on his time off. He stayed late with us on a Friday after we purchased our truck to make sure we knew all of the features. He even answered a call late that night when he was at home when we had a question. He and his sales manager Ruben Gomez were very helpful when we brought our truck in to get window tint and a bed cover. We were very happy with everything. I definitely recommend Syed Kazmi and Universal Toyota. We love our Tundra very much also. It is well made and the price was very reasonable. It is very comfortable, easy to drive and has many nice features like a navigation system, backup camera, heated and cooled leather seats and collision avoidance features.

Syed Kazmi was awesome. Very friendly and professional. Answered all our questions to the best of his knowledge and was very knowledgeable on the vehicle we were intrested in.

We had looked all over town for a Truck. No one had what we wanted or even much to offer. We called Univeral. Syed was on top of the available inventory and helped us lock in a well appointed 4WD Tundra in very swift manner. A hand full of signatures later, and we had the Truck we wanted.
