PRIZE FLYER A SCAM - DON'T BELIEVE IT!

DON'T BELIEVE THE PRIZE YOU RECEIVED IN THE MAIL FOR THE SPECIAL EVENT, IT'S A LIE! I received the $1,000 cash prize according to what I received. Called the phone number on the mailer and confirmed with her that I won the prize and all I needed to do was go to the dealership and collect my $1000. NOT TRUE...when I arrived the sales guy said my prize card had to match another verification code they had at the dealership. Done, I walked out. Sent an email to the dealership to ask them to stand behind their promise, no response. Did get a text from Gerald the Sales Manager this morning asking if he could help because he was told I was on the website. Amazingly hasn't responded since I explained to him about my experience. Unethical business practice, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

I was recommended to this dealer by a friend who works in the service department at a local Ford Dealership. I was looking for a Mustang, but did not particularly like the new ones, nor did I care for the pricing of new ones. I looked at this dealer's on line inventory and saw a 5.0 GT that looked promising, so I went in. My first contact was Adam Commodore in sales....really great guy and a true "car guy"....knows his stuff ! The GT was nice, but based on the asking price and my upside down trade, it was more monthly than I wanted to spend. That is when I met Aladdin ( yes, that is his real name ). We landed on a monthly payment that I wanted, and worked backward from there, based on what price range would work. After that, Adam and I looked at a few BMW Hardtop Convertibles, which were nice....BUT....they were not Mustangs ! I left that evening without purchasing anything. My wife told me, when I came home without purchasing a car, "don't worry, God has the perfect one just waiting for you" This is where Aladdin really comes into the forefront. I got a text that very night from him, with photos and the text read..."found you the perfect Mustang - in your price range". 2014 V-6 Fast Back Hardtop -Oxford White - ( exactly what I was looking for ). You see, what makes Aladdin different is....he knew I really wanted a Mustang & he went out and found one....same day. Said he was just "led to find one". It took a few days to get it to the dealership....serviced and detailed.....brake job, Awesome Oversized Rear Tires & new front tires, oil change, new wiper blades, etc. Short story from there...saw it, drove it, loved it, bought it !! It is my everyday driver - best thing you can do is, if you don't see what you want, tell them what you want and they will probably find it.....anyway, the previous owner obviously took good care of the Mustang...and I will do the same. Thanks for listening, Aladdin !!

They are full of xxxx they supposed to fix the sunroof

They are full of xxxx they supposed to fix the sunroof and they charged us half to fix the car.They took 5 months to try and fix my sunroof and it still ain't xxxxing fix.We paid $300 for nothing one mad wife !!!I wished I had just went and took the dam car to the dealership and just paid 1000.00 to get it down right!!!All they was worried about saving a dam dollar.And my sunroof is still not working right!!!!I'm so dam mad as helllll!The service manager don't know xxxx!!!!!!!Don't buy a car from this dam place!!!!!One bad experience I wish I could give them back this dam car!!!!!!

Ok I never thought I was ever going to own my very own Dodge Challenger but when I first saw it driving down the highway towards St. Augustine that beautiful Black Friday afternoon, I knew I wanted THAT car. It was my DUKES OF HAZZARD car and I was one of the adopted Hawaiian DUKE Bros! I walked in and talked with BRAD. My first dealer contact. Great guy. Gave me the keys and said take it for a spin. I was so excited! Got into it. And the car didn't start. I laughed and thought I was purchasing a bad car. Threw the keys back at Brad and said "Call me when it actually runs!" Brad immediately got gas in the car. Told me there were fixing the radio so there was no navigation. I was like ok. I still wanted to drive it. It was an amazing feeling sitting behind THE CAR YOU WANTED SINCE CHILDHOOD. After the drive I was call me when the radio was fixed. So I left. Later that day I called back and asked the price of the car cause I forgot. Got in touch with Eric (Dealer BOSS - Second dealer contact.) He asks if we can make a deal on the car today, he would make it worth my while. I wanted to wait till after the radio was fixed to deal but he mentioned BLACK FRIDAY DEAL and I was like, "Ooooh!" I forgot the day! Came back around later that evening and signed the deal at a rate better than my approved rate from my bank! The radio took awhile like I knew it would cause they had to purchase a new radio from the Dodge Dealership. Not a cheap price either. But they seriously took care of me and the car during the whole process. Got the car after the radio fix and noticed there was no navigation. Didn't know about attaching my phone to the car. That car connected to GOGGLE MAPS from my phone! I was I never have to update my maps ever again on my car! This is amazing. Registering my car was a time consuming process due to my negligence. I had this old tag that I wanted for this car but didn't realize I couldn't use it cause my new tag cancelled the temp tag it was. I had to get a temp tag for a permanent tag I had previously, so I could not use my temp tag as my permanent. Didn't know. I didn't want the regular Florida state issued tag. I went to hours of paperwork just to get my SUBMARINER Tag. I was not going to fill that paperwork again for another one. Francesca! (4Th Contact) You are the best and Thank you so much for hooking me up with my Submariner plate! Chad (3d Dealership contact) Thank you for taking care of me during the whole ordeal. I believe it went as smoothly as it could. I know me calling was getting on you and the other employees nerves but you guys pulled off a dream come true. So thanks to you and everyone involved cause this DUKE is going to enjoy driving his dream car everyday for the rest of his life!

Wow. Hadn't had an experience when buying a car in a long time. Top notch people work here and everyone was great. I'm a jeep guy and the inventory was awesome. Gerald was extremely patient with me and I was seriously impressed with his knowledge about the vehicles. Highly recommend!
