Left me with a high loan on a car i cant enjoy, Im so hurt

I think this place is a horrible place for a new person looking to establish credit. They sold me a car that started to overheat the next month. I lost my job because every month my car was in the shop. They claim they fixed fuse box 2 radiators, thermostat, head gasket all in a years time...I cried couldn't sleep was stress about work until my warranty was up then they said there is nothing they can do. I did not enjoy my car at all and at this moment its hard to trade because the high interest rate they charge. So I still have a overheating problem and stress about my car issue. Twin's Auto I do not recommend for no one to go there because I felt like they could have fixed it after a years time but they just got warranty money from Chrysler and my pockets until they couldn't anymore. My name is Kathy. I tried to trade in my car they charging a lot of money for another vehicle. I just mostly ashamed of myself because I'm a woman I felt like they took advantage of me not knowing much about how things work. I'm left with a 230000 loan on a 2014 Chrysler that I cant enjoy!

I will never buy a car from them again their cars are very bad poor cars snd their car prices arebto high donot do it they will not repair the car like they said just bad the payment are to dam high a month 341.00 for this car and stuff wrong with it

I will never buy a car from twins auto again I purchase a car over $15000 took it back the 3rd day cause u heard noises they had their mechanic look at it he told me it was the hubbearings and rack opinion so they set up a date for me to come in Im thinking cause I just got the car they will fix the problem on their behalf but I was told I didn't purchase a warranty so I would have to pay for the repairs out my pocket which is bs I should have stuck with Legend auto sale they dont pull the bs game on their customers

Bought a car and had nothing but problems day one so they sent it to get fixed to the person they bought it from came back next day after i got it broke down again then they tell me we will send it back to them to fix it again my thoughts were if you didnt fix it the first time why send it back so because it took so long i ended up losing my car due to repo because i didnt make any payments because i never had the car they fill u up with promises sell u lemon

My experience was crappy. They didn't tell me nothing about car nor the cost. All they wanted to know was How much did I have to put down and Did I want to take it today. All the questions I had they avoided and only said that I can bring it back after 2-3 hours if wasn't satisfied. Then the website price had one price and they wanted to charge $3,500 more on and error. Thus place is a joke I have reported them to the proper bureau. NO THANKS

Was referred here by a friend who knew the owner- boy was that a mistake. I should have known not to do business with Twins as soon as I walked in the door to this place- dirty, and seedy just like their business in general. Heard two salesman trying to talk folks in to 20%+ interest rates the moment I walked in- talk about ruining lives... Anyway...I trusted the person who referred me here and Twins had exactly the car I was looking to buy and was willing to bring it to my home to accommodate my work schedule which was great. I purchased the vehicle and put 12k down payment on a 24k vehicle. Reason #1 I would never send my worst enemy here- I tell Al the salesman/owner I am pre-qualified through my bank for financing at 3.50%, he insists on using their financing- fine. As I am signing I ask the rate as he had not offered it and it was 6.875%!!! He tried to sneak and almost double my interest rate!! After some back and fourth he dropped it. Mind you I have almost 800 credit score and paid for half this vehicle in cash. Reason #2 I would never send my worst enemy to Twins- We had to ship this car in from another state. Was assured it was in excellent condition, clean carfax, only one owner. The vehicle arrives a few days later with rust spots, dents, scrapes so deep you can see the door itself and STUNK. I was so upset I wouldn't even drive the car as I didn't want to be liable to keep it. I call Al- the owner and salesman and tell him to take the car back- it was not as described. He admits that he saw the vehicle and was going to recommend I bring it in to his shop to be fixed. I cannot believe any salesman in the world would see a vehicle in that condition and still bring it to someones door. He refused to take this vehicle back even though I was lied to about the condition- claiming he made no money on the deal and that I could have anything fixed under the warranty. Who buys a car to have it in the shop immediately under warranty repairs??? For several days I go back and fourth with this terrible man as he talks down to me, and argues with me to the point of tears- telling me to get a lawyer and asking if I am threatening him- clearly doesn't respect women whatsoever. In the end I am stuck with this vehicle and stuck bringing it up to his seedy shop to fix. Another week goes by and Al calls saying he is ready to bring the vehicle back to me. Upon my boyfriend and I asking if all the issues were fixed one by one we discover they were not. Go figure he is trying to take shortcuts....Two days after that my car is back and looking good appearance wise....I even thanked him. Reason #3 why I would never send my worst enemy to Twins- My car looked great when brought back, but as soon as I take it on the highway I notice that any time I break my car starts shaking violently. Great. I take it this time to a dealership hoping it's under warranty- nope. Dealer tells me this vehicle sat for a very long time and all break pads and rotors are completely rusted out and warped. Said anyone that would have done a purchase inspection on this vehicle would have seen this. Cost: $810 Once again we call Twins (Al) back and he tells us he will fix the breaks but at our cost, as this is normal wear in a vehicle. Normal wear after I have only had this car 5 days. Makes sense right? In the end I was out time, money, dignity and Twins completely ruined the purchase of a car I had been working towards and wanting for several years. I was not surprised to find out another girl I worked with was also out thousands of dollars from a faulty vehicle she had purchased from Twins at the same time and not receiving any help. NEVER GO HERE.

I fell in love with twin auto. They have awesome customer service. My sales rep was Allen, he was very friendly and he made sure I didn't walk out without a car. This is by far the best dealer. They really work with u to get you what you need. Thank you Allen for all you help?
