Son's 1st Car Note

Son brought his 1st car with a car note with his own money. Less than a month later the Engine went out. They do people so wrong here. Has not made his first payment... Stay away from this place!

Recently, I made a visit with some past concerns regarding a an auto purchase. The owner and staff reached out and assured me that they were more interested in the relationship with customers than the car sales. We have come to a mutual agreement that they will give more personalized service starting with the owner to insure my return as a repeat customer in the future. I appreciate the owner for calling me directly to ask me how they could better serve my car buying needs in the nearby future. Thanks Al one of the twin owners for being receptive to my once critical concerns and complaints about the service, and process at Twin Auto Sales. Therefore, I recant my initial review while holding the dealership to their commitment to professional courtesy, making Car Fax Report accessible, and guaranteed and equitable finance rates if applicable. Thanks Al and Chris as well as staff.

They sale Lemons stay far away

I went and got a truck from them April 1st and July 1 the Engine went out . I dropped my truck off July 2nd and it is now August 17 and my truck still isn’t fixed after they told me it will take 3 weeks to fix . My car is covered under the warranty but guess what they don’t even communicate with the company . Every time I call twins they tell me they are waiting on the warranty company . So today I call the warranty company because I have spent over 3000 dollars on rentals and I could have just got my truck fixed this place is a scam stay far FAR AWAY all they want is money they don’t care about you and they are selling xxxxing lemons .

The good: kid working the lot was a hustler. Bad: good pictures online. Junk in person. We wasted a 5 hr round trip to look at 3 vehicles we had picked out. Vehicle 1 was a complete mess and was never detailed. Baby puke on the seats and the headliner was filthy. Exterior had damage, LTZ rims were filthy. Rust showing on hitch. Lots of scrapes on the finish along with a dent in the hood Vehiclec#2 was behind the fence. Couldn't locate the vehicle. Vehicle #3 looked like it was "the one" when it pulled in. Interior not bad, could have been detailed but it was at least respectable. Walked to look at the other side and had 2 large indentions on the body along with a half xxx bondo repair patch job. They offered to fix it at there body shop, no way in xxxx I'd have it fixed in a place like that. They did offer gas for our wasted time. Must be a normal occurrence. Buyer beware.. I'll never go to detroit for a vehicle again. Been burned 2/2 times.

They are selling cars that are no good. Bad trans, etc. Purchased my car in May car was down by June. Take it to mechanic says trans was no good. But with me buying the car they say it’s nothing they can do. Anyways I got everything fixed lesson learned. Looking to buy a new car and new dealership

I asked for a 2011 car but my salesman kept pushing this blue 2016 fusion. Lied and said the car had a warranty. 3 months later the engine went out. That was $2000. I really would recommend this place to buy a car from.

Horrible dealership

Horrible place to purchase a car. I bought my truck from them and 2weeks later my check engine light came on. I rode it on the freeway and it was shaking bad! I took it to them and they did not fix a thing! One month later and I find out they clearly did not do any maintenance on the truck because I need to get a tune up already! And my check engine light is still on! They do not work on these cars clearly.i should have known they didn’t do any maintenance when my change oil light was on. They will not fix my check engine problem and did not tell me what the print out read! They was too busy trying to get money out of me to fix my brakes which is the reason they said my car was shaking. They will NOT get any more money from me!

Clearly targeting those less fortunate

This company is clearly targeting people who have poor credit reports whether from being less fortunate or poor with finances. Tried to give me rough trade in value on a vehicle 1 year older than the actual vehicle I have. They literally let me watch them click and type the wrong information then tried to screw me. They said my vehicle wasn't on NADA's site so they had to look up the previous year My vehicle is in pristine shape. Not even a blemish. Then the vehicle I wanted looked immaculate in pictures posted online. When I actually looked at it in person it had a cracked headlight with moisture inside, chipped rims, wood crammed between the rim and tire they said they would pull out with pliers, the vehicle wouldn't even start cause it had a dead battery, oil and grease were all over the interior leather seats, the back bumper looked like they had white out covering scratches and had rust forming on it, and plenty of other issues. They had this vehicle listed at excellent value price. Do yourself and everyone else a favor and don't support a place like this. Try to be patient and save a little cash even if it takes some time and straighten up your credit. I have been there where I have little and my report was terrible so I understand but in the end your getting ripped off by places like this.

I think this place is a horrible place for a new person looking to establish credit. They sold me a car that started to overheat the next month. I lost my job because every month my car was in the shop. They claim they fixed fuse box 2 radiators, thermostat, head gasket all in a years time...I cried couldn't sleep was stress about work until my warranty was up then they said there is nothing they can do. I did not enjoy my car at all and at this moment its hard to trade because the high interest rate they charge. So I still have a overheating problem and stress about my car issue. Twin's Auto I do not recommend for no one to go there because I felt like they could have fixed it after a years time but they just got warranty money from Chrysler and my pockets until they couldn't anymore. My name is Kathy. I tried to trade in my car they charging a lot of money for another vehicle. I just mostly ashamed of myself because I'm a woman I felt like they took advantage of me not knowing much about how things work. I'm left with a 230000 loan on a 2014 Chrysler that I cant enjoy!

I will never buy a car from them again their cars are very bad poor cars snd their car prices arebto high donot do it they will not repair the car like they said just bad the payment are to dam high a month 341.00 for this car and stuff wrong with it
