I saw a vehicle I was interested in online for one price, and then when I called the price was greatly higher. When I questioned it they said they forgot to put all the extras in the price.

Lack of communication. Made an appointment for a simple service with plenty of time and yet they kept my car overnight and called me 15 minutes prior to closing to tell me. That is unacceptable

Recently had to go through a major repair which took two weeks for the repair. I was kept in the loop throughout the process and. I feel I was treated very professionally by Dan , my service writer. I have no complaints. Also, the vehicle runs wonderfully.

It took 3 weeks to get a appointment for a tire balance/ rotation and longer if I wanted a diagnosis. I was quoted a $185 to diagnose a squeak not to include any repairs if needed. On a good note, this is the only place I would take my truck for my extended warranty IF I could get a appointment within 3 weeks !

Had the worst experience with the service department....

Had the worst experience with the service department. First off took my truck in because it was misfiring. I left it there and when I did the service manager told me that there were a few recalls on some parts on the truck. I left town on vacation for a week and I got a call 5 days later from the manager telling me it was fixed and that the recalled parts fixed the problem. When I got back in town I picked it up and drove down the ride and the check engine light came on and was still misfiring. I drove it straight back and told the manager. He asked me if I brought it in for the recall parts I told him no I brought it in for a misfire, the problem that I had explained to him to begin with. So he asked me to leave it there again so I did. I get a call from him 3 days later after I tried calling him everyday to follow up. He tells me I had a misfire in #5 cylinder, he tells me it will need a new cam and lifters. I asked him how much it would be out the door total cost, he quoted me 4,769. Another 2 weeks later I get a call saying my truck was done, I showed up to pick it up they were still working on it so I waited an 1 1/2 hours and finally it was done. The cashier went to ring me up and she said the total was 5,347. I asked the manager why did he quote me out the door cost and to only charge me more. He gave me a xxxxxxxx excuse. I will never recommend them to anyone, and will never use them again. Manager is not very professional at his so called job title.
