Horrible customer service

Can't speak to a person only get one word answers back on messenger.Wanted to speak to someone about an application I put in about more money down and spouses income as well as spouse being added to application.Page says they quickly respond but not true it's been 5 days for me and I have asked a couple questions through messenger with one word response "no" "sold" "yes" nothing further.Was looking to pay cash for 1 vehicle and finance another.
Customer service 1.0 Buying process 1.0 Overall experience 1.0 Does not recommend this dealer. Did not purchase a vehicle.

I have spent over 750.00 in repairs an only have had the car 1 1/2 months !!!!!! just HORRRIBLE HORRIBLE DEALER TO SALE A CAR LIKE THIS!!!
