Worst car buying experience ever! From beginning to end it was awful. Sold me a lemmon, engine blew in less than 6 mo & could not get the owner or manager to talk to me face to face despite 2 attempts to do so. They were there in the building just hid from me & sent the body shop guy out to talk. What cowards. So when the mgr Jay did call me back , 2 days later, of course they couldn't do anything for me. This place has shady business practices from the the 3 page title they handed me to the crappy customer service, bad just all bad! Would NOT recommend this night mare to anyone.

Looked at a 2013 3 Series CV. Price had dropped by $1000.to $17899. Dealership would not negotiate price on my trade, 2014 Mustang CV. They offered only $11000. This car has been on that lot for more than 2 months. You would think for that good sale price, the car would have sold by now. It is still there.

I’ve purchased a car from triumph motors this past weekend. I found the car I was looking for for over a year at what I thought was a great price. I found out why, the rearview mirrors didn’t work. As a post of them trying to help me get them repaired I got excuses.I sold cars in the past and was honest with my customers, the salesman forgot to overlook one major problem the sunroof didn’t work. The entire panel on the roof with a dome lights none of it worked. Did anyone bother to tell me this no, I would’ve bought the car anyway. I would not recommend this dealership anyone know I would.

We purchased an SUV from Jim Land in 2018. Due to a careless driver, it was totaled 12/03/20. We purchased another SUV from Jim Land 12/10/20. In both purchase experiences, Jim Land has gone above and beyond what is necessary to take excellent care of his customer. We would recommend Jim Land to anyone that needs to purchase a vehicle.

Amazing to deal with! We did everything over the phone and text with pictures. I had an inspection with Lemon Squad which was exactly what they said and it was shipped!

Unprofessional and not helpful

I have shopped at this dealership a couple of times. It is difficult to get assistance since each salesman is responsible for his own cars. I went to test drive two different cars and they didn't let me test drive either. They made up a lie about (not wanting to put miles on it) even though he was willing to drive the car himself with me in the passenger seat. I think the issue is that I am young and they didn't trust me. I am 25, its not like I am a 16 year old new driver. Not sure how their buying experience is but if its anything like their shopping experience, its not good.
