Worst experience I've ever had. From Terry Gibson . Sales associate . Waste my time an left us standing out in the sun . Said anything to get us to the dealership . He’s not trustworthy the few minutes I had to deal with him.

Public service announcement: After purchasing 8 cars
Public service announcement: After purchasing 8 cars from Toyota of New Orelans over the years, and referring multiple friends, I will never be back! The service department had turned into a joke and the lack of communication is infuriating. Car was towed in on Thursday … 5 days later and cannot even get a phone call back. Technician gave me his cell number and voicemail is full and no answer at desk. Promised a loaner vehicle, then denied they promised it. Spoke with service manager who apologized and promised me answers and a return call “shortly” - that’s been 24 hours ago. There are way too many dealerships in this area to deal with one that breaches the contracts of the warranty you purchased from them and makes promises they cannot keep. Go ANYWHERE else!!!!
