Terribly disappointed with the very poor customer service...
Terribly disappointed with the very poor customer service of the Service Manager- a penny wise thousands of dollars foolish rude chap. Tried speaking to anyone other than the Service Manager but cannot get hold of anyone else. My telephone messages for the General Manager were all routed back to the same guy who just got ruder and nasty. Service technician was good, my complaint is only with the Service Manager,

Well where should I start 2019 walked in to purchase a vehicle and got no help, so I left and went elsewhere. Fast forward 2021 December set an appointment walked in a change of pace they immediately ask me if I needed it help, things seemed turned around here so I felt they made a change sat down negotiations were on there way. Than I was explained that the price of the car was not the window or msrp I said ok what is the price , they kept me waiting for ten minutes and came back and explained the supply and demand story and if I wanted to purchase a car from them it was going to be a little more, I said sure and they stated they will give me the top dollar for my trade, with that been said he came back wit a price of 14000 over window sticker, yes 14000 over I was never more insulted in my car buying days. Listen folks please stay away this car dealer is into a bad practice and their are no laws to stop this. The consumer is at fault cause we continue to walk in, please stay away if this message could change at least one mind I will feel better malicious behavior during a Covid pandemic, is all I can say best of luck to all on your shopping experience. I will never ever stop in here again and will continue to let all my friends and family know.

Misleading, lies and disrespect. Stopped by in the afternoon around 2pm to Check if the Tundra I wanted was in stock. It was, test drove it and told the sales person I would return after work. We lastly covered the price of almost 45k. I left a list of items I was concerned about which he said he would address with his manager Eric. At 5pm I called Javier (sales person) to check on the status of his conversation with the manager, Javier advised he spoke with his manager Eric and was advised to have me come in and all my concerns shouldn’t be an issue to work out. I arrived at 6pm -after driving for one hr, spoke to Eric and was told to work with another sales person because Javier was busy. Told me it would be a few minutes while he works out the numbers. 10 Mins later the new sales person comes to the desk with a sales order that included price of truck, all taxes and fees and of course at the bottom was a $3800 protection package that i never requested. I immediately told the sales person to remove that line item as I was not going to conduct any business in this manner. Within Minutes Eric approaches the table and advices there is nothing he can work out for me unless I make this unnecessary purchase of $3800 that later we found was only worth $180 on Amazon. Lincolnwood Toyota has unethical sales practices that apparently are causing their clients thousands of dollars. If they would get to know their clients, xxxxx their needs and create a custom package of the services and accessories you offer, clients would be incline to purchase what you offer. Lincolnwood Toyota, You’re representing a worldwide reputable brand, hold yourself to a higher standard and stop these sleazy sales tactics; it is unprofessional and a poor customer experience. What we saw today was poor leadership and simply what would have been theft. If I conducted my business in this same manner I wouldn’t have a business. Have some respect for your brand but most importantly, your clients. Needless to say, we walked away and didn’t make a purchase.

Looks at your reviews, they echo what I wrote above. Unfortunately I do not feel comfortable doing business with your independent brand. You have lost my trust and respect for how you treat your clients. Listen to your reviews, it comes a time when you have to acknowledge the feedback you’re being given as it will lead you to better train your staff and most importantly your leadership team. Hopefully this feedback has made its way to the right person who is willing to take action and improve the clients purchasing experience. Online dealers are now competing with your brick and mortar dealership, eventually that poor service and misleading sales tactics your staff is providing will catch up with your business. Good luck.

HORRIBLE PLACE, They LIE and play games about the price of their vehicles and they don't care about wasting your time! Stay away from these game runners! They will jack up the price by thousands after telling you one thing on the phone and the price on the internet! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
