Called about availability and price on a couple cars I
Called about availability and price on a couple cars I might be interested in - Rav4 Hybrid and Rav4 Prime. They said both were on the lot and come by to test drive both. They're not particularly a close drive but I went down ready to buy one. Arrived same day and all of sudden all the info they provided over the phone was a lie. The Prime was on the lot but get this, they DO NOT allow test drives on the Prime "under no circumstances for anyone" (their exact words). Next lie, the specific hybrid I called about was due in a week or two. Then, I tried to pry on what kind of markups on the vehicles. They marked the Rav4 Prime $20K because it's so rare!!! [I can't believe corporate Toyota would allow this.] The Rav4 hybrid I was interested in was marked up $7000 but they also required me to get crap that I didn't want or need (extended warranty, paint protection) on top of it. Walked out of their without hesitation and will never return. What cheats.

Stay away from the crooks!!
False advertising. They claim they don't have anything to do with cars.com but they advertise on there with prices 17k lower than what they are actually selling cars for.

We had a great experience while buying our new car. Our sales rep, Zahid Mirza, was very approachable and made the process seamless. Amy, who helped us with the finance steps, was great as well. Overall, it was the best car buying experience we’ve had. We would definitely recommend this dealership.

Don't buy from Lincolnwood Toyota
Wasn't provided photos of used car after I spoke to someone on the phone, lot was full and no where to park, had a porter throw a cone in frt of my parking space so I couldn't get out, got into an screaming match with him, asked for a manager which was of no help and just told me to "get off the lot" Neither people identified themselves with a name nor did the salesman with whom we spoke to. Worse experience I've had at this dealership. No control of the employees, employees had no name tags, a nightmare of a dealership. They lost a sale on a Toyota today because of their irresponsible business practices, utter rudeness of the employees and way in which they do business. It was appalling to be treated like that. Good riddance, never coming back ever.

Very disappointing experience with this dealership
I called and spoke with a representative on 2/5 who said they had the car I was interested in, and I could try it out when I come in. And, I asked about the price shown on the website, and she said it was correct. So, I made an appointment for 2/6. When I met with the salesman, he said they did not have the car there, as it was on order, and when it comes in, it would be sold at a price over 40% higher than the website listed price. I told him I was not interested. And, to compound things, as I write this, I just received a call asking if I wanted to set up another appointment, given that I "missed" my appointment this morning, that I was even 10 min. early for.
