I had a very smooth transaction purchasing my beautiful Rav4 hybrid Limited. Zahid and Amy were phenomenal! Zahid was the sales associate and Amy was the finance manager. From first contact all the way to delivery of the vehicle, process was smooth, fast and fun! Highly recommend you ask for Zahid Mirza from sales!

OMG WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! I came in to see some CHRs but with the help of Zahid Mirza we left a beautiful Rav4 AWD XLE!! We really wanted an AWD vehicle but Zahid got us in the perfect vehicle. I highly recommend you go see him and no one else! Hes really honest and wants the best for his customer. Thank you Z

The dealership called about purchasing 2022 Tundra crew
The dealership called about purchasing 2022 Tundra crew platinum and was told sticker price was 67,183.00. I arrived to purchase vehicle and was told sticker price for this vehicle is 79,995.00. I asked salesman how did price increased by 12,000.00? The salesman said since it’s hard to get this vehicle this is mark up profit for dealership. The dealership can’t be trusted. I contacted Sales internet manager about experience and was told Sales manager would contact me which never happen. I traveled an 1hr and 30mins to visit dealership to be disappointed. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

The vehicle price was changed after I arrived at your dealership . I have since purchased a Tundra from another dealership
I reached out to them regarding a used vehicle that was I
I reached out to them regarding a used vehicle that was I saw on cars.com. Only picture of the car exterior were on their site, so I asked for pictures of the interior and was told they would send them over right away. After I followed up with them multiple times over the next several days, I never received any pictures, though I was told every time they would get right on it. In addition, I was surprised to see +2500 in "Dealer Accessories" added to basically every used car. I asked about what that was... "the dealership does scotch-guard for the upholstery and some other stuff." When I told them I wouldn't be interested in that, they said it was too late and it something they always include. 2500? What bothers me is the price listed in "Big Font" and appearing on various websites like cars.com shows a very competitive price ("Great Deal"), but then they mark it up further when you show up for the purchase because of the Dealer Accessories. Ultimately those two factors (lack of responsiveness and deceiving pricing) led me to not waste my time making a trip to look at the vehicle.

I had the worst experience ever, I brought my car, which was 2013 Toyota Avalon Hybrid, I just bought it a month ago, when I came to pick it up after the service done, they give me the fob key without buttons. When I spoke with them and their manager, they said give us approve that you brought the key with buttons. Weird question. Not recommended if you do please make sure to document every things They are big theft Horrible Today I got call from their manager Joel asking me why you wrote this and he was insulting me why you bought your car from car max because I have a car max tag Weird people

Rip off artists
Beware! They pre charge the bogus “extended warranty” program you should never get because it’s a rip off. So the price they advertise is not the real price. There is a couple extra thousand dollars beyond the price they advertise. I’m sure some of the people who work there are great but this business model is VERY shady. Their prices aren’t even that good. You’d think they’d lower their sticker price since they’re going to stick you with the price of their unnecessary “warranty”. Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere that doesn’t pull this

Price gouging experience. Miguel tried to to sell a "pre-owned" 2022 Rav4 Prime with under 50 miles on it for $72k. The MSRP for a NEW one is 43k. They really think I'm going to pay $30k over MSRP for a used Rav4? That is close to a 70% mark up! I countered to see how low they would go down but he did not budge from $72k. I obviously did not pay a luxury price for a toyota rav4 but Miguel sounded confident he can see it at that price. Only a fool would buy it and that fool was not me. Or it could be someone in a very desperate situation that Miguel could take advantage of. Of note, why is it pre-owned? That's a red flag for me. Did one of their guys just bought it off to get the $7500 federal rebate? Then sell it back to the dealership so dealership can sell it at a huge mark up? Such a horrible experience that I will never set foot into this dealership ever again.

This Toyota dealer are one of the most greediest dealer. Straight up lies internet prices , they want you to waist your time to come in only to tell you their price is $15k over MSRP.
