They are a complete waste of your time and I advise you to go elsewhere. I called from out of town to buy a specific Corolla SE that was listed on Cars (. com). I asked them to set up the sale ahead of time because I was travelling from some distance and it seemed like a fair price. So after some back and forth they sent me the bill of sale and lo and behold they add a $2595 (!!!) "AFTERMARKET" line item. When I called to ask about this and what it was I was told it was for "ceramic coating and interior spray with a stain warranty". Seriously. What next, premium blinker fluid?) and is something they add to all their used vehicles. When I said I thought it was very misleading she stated that it's on their website (which I'll admit I never visited until after our call ended). And while its true that it is listed on their website (only slightly misleadingly, see pics) nowhere on the Cars (. com) ad does it mention this add-on nor did they adjust the advertised price on that site to account for the add-on. From other reviews I've seen of their dealership (check edmunds) this is common along with other misleading price strategies. This kind of thing doesn't just happen at the sales person level, this is a top down strategy and is a huge red flag on how they will care for their customers down the line.

They tried to sell my niece a Corolla LE that they had in stock with markup of $15000.00. Anthony tried to scare my niece by saying if a car is ordered that it would take a year to get the car. This car dealer is crooked,don't shop for a car at this dealership.

Don’t sell them your Vehicle (SCAM) I visited this
Don’t sell them your Vehicle (SCAM) I visited this dealer in January to sell my Vehicle. The Sales man had promised me a check for my vehicle after 6 week maximum. After waiting 3 months with no calls, emails, or any follow up whatsoever. I reached out myself for an update, I was promised to get the check last Friday (05/06). Now more than 3+ months later the dealer has sold my vehicle and I’m still left without a check. This dealer group has essentially taken my vehicle, sold it, and kept all the profits. I’ve spent time traveling to the dealer multiple times which is about 1 hour from my home, money on fuel (gas is over 5 dollars a gallon now), and stressing over this situation. All I’ve received in return is empty promises and this dealer groups hand in my pocket. Keep in mind we are not talking about a few hundred dollars but more than the average American makes in 6 months. After over 3 months with no money and the vehicle being sold to another person who is also being treated badly, I would call this “business” a SCAM!

I attended a promotional event here and won a free oil
I attended a promotional event here and won a free oil change worth $50. When I showed up to have that done, I was told that I would owe an additional $19+ since the cost of the oil change was $69+. This is a bait and switch. There was no mention of the prize I won being worth “up to $50” on the prize certificate I was given, In big red letters, it said FREE. No fine print, nothing. I had to leave the service area and talk to a manager in sales to have the situation corrected, this after asking for the same thing in the service area and being told that the facility manager was in a meeting and would not be available for almost 2 more hours. Whatever the internal communications issues are at this place, well they need to be fixed, This was an unforced error on their part. I had also made an appointment for the oil change the day before and was given a time slot, then when I was here I was told it would be two hours more till they might get to the job even though they had a day to make sure they had a filter to fit my non Toyota vehicle.
