Not Feeling Very Welcome

Did a search online for a Tacoma found one at this dealership. I am from another state so visiting the dealership really isn't an option. Got a price quote for the vehicle and filled out the credit app. Once sales manager heard I was from out of state I could tell in his tone they didn't really want to work with me. Asked me how I was going to get my trade to them and I said I'd be shipping it back to them after the Tacoma was dropped off here. My mistake I guess, I just figured they would FaceTime with me to appraise my trade like other dealers do in the time of Covid. Anyway, sales manager proceeds to tell me there's a market adjustment for the vehicle. If that's the case you shouldn't have given the price quote in the first place!! Market adjustment should have included in the price quote don't cha think? Hopefully you didn't run the credit app or my score is going to drop because of a couple of xxxxxx bags!!!

To say this dealership is a fraud is an understatement. Do you not do business with dealership. I called about a car advertised at $34,742 and I live in another state and wanted to deliver a cashiers check upon arrival of getting the vehicle. After a couple of days, they called back and said the total vehicle would be $42,000! I said WHAT! That included license and taxes, and I advised I didn't not want that added on. Then they proceeded to tell me they do a "clearcoat" on their vehicles inside and out that is an additional $2500 and then an $850 inspection. I said I didn't want these and they said it already on it so I had to pay it! This is a bait and switch. They would not honor the full price on the internet! If I could give a negative star I would!

I am very upset service your dealer. I was there last Tuesday because l saw on the website good price for Toyota Highlander When l came salesman told me much higher price so that’s mean you are laying people. I waste my time and my fuel. I will never recommend your dealer!!!!

This dealership is involved in false advertisement ! On 25 October 2021, We went over to Toyota of Lincoln Park regarding their advertisement on used vehicle priced at $22.900. We took the vehicle for test drive on top of their building, since they don’t allow street test drive... I was interested in purchasing this vehicle when I was advised that there’s additional charge of $2595.00 protection plan - Covid charge ... No Thank You !

We unfortunately bought a Cadillac from Zoran Knezevic back in 2018. I cannot tell you of all the inaccuracies we heard from this salesman. The worst is that the tires on the car were run flats. I don’t know if he just didn’t know, or what, but Michelin doesn’t make run flat tires that size. Then when we wanted service on the car we made an appointment and received confirmation. When we showed up they told us Cadillac was no longer at this location.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BAIT AND SWITCH DEALERSHIP!!

This was the absolute worst experience we've ever had. First they advertise a price online to get you to come in thinking it's a good deal and then the bait and switch. They added an additional $6,000 on the car saying it's for 160 point inspection and the xzilon that isn't required. Then they add to your trade in thinking it's helping you out but they add more onto the purchase price. This was absolutely horrible. To top it off they messed with the numbers and when we did a final inspection they scratched the front bumper and said they would do some paint touch up but first wanted us to pay for the touch up paint. seriously?!?! Read the fine print that they make the price when you go in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. BUYER beware!!!!

This place is truly awful. I don't usually leave reviews but this is easily the worst car dealership I've ever encountered. The only redeeming thing was initially they were nice enough people. But my buying experience was terrible and I completely regret giving them my business. My experience involved: 1) A cracked windshield prior to buying the car that they were shocked to find that took a week to fix after promising it'd take a day 2) They didn't give me my registration papers so I had to return to the dealership 3) The plug-in hybrid was missing the charger and after claiming I'd bought the car as-is, they relented and said they would get me a replacement part but it took literally 5 WEEKS to arrive. Their communication was HORRIBLE the whole time - I had to call them weekly and they almost never called me back or had any info. I finally got a used part from them they got from EBAY that's literally covered in paint. 4) They knew almost nothing about the car and could provide me very little details. This car dealership is AWFUL. Save youself the time and stress and buy somewhere else.

No Response to Calls/Emails. False Advertising

one star because there is no 0 star option. found an ad on the internet for a vehicle at this dealership. called and asked how to give a deposit. was told had to do in-person. explained that I was out-of-state and why would policy be in-person only. was told 'we use internet to generate business'. if that is the case, then why can't you handle an out-of-state deposit? received auto-generated email from GM thanking me for my call and to reach out if I needed anything. I immediately called him and had to leave a voicemail. I also sent an email requesting an all-in out the door price and shipping options. has been a week with no response to my email or voicemail. and cost of vehicle has increased by $6k since advertised price I was calling about?!? Sad, disappointing, sleazy and pathetic.
