I WENT IN TO LOOK AT A VEHICLE WITH MY BROTHER FOR MY DAUGHTER. HE IS A MECHANIC AND HE CHECKED OUT THE CAR. I SENT PICTURES TO MY DAUGHTER AND SHE SAID THAT SHE LIKED THE CAR BUT WAS NOT 100% SURE SHE WANTED IT. I PUT DOWN A DOWN PAYMENT OF $600.00. MY DAUGHTER DECIDED SHE DID NOT LIKE THE CAR. SO, I CALLED AND ASKED FOR A REFUND OF THE DEPOSIT. ALTHOUGH THE FORM COMPLETED DID SAY NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. AFTER TALKING WITH FRANK AND THEN TOM. THEY DID REFUND MY MONEY. NOT MANY DEALERS WOULD HAVE REFUNDED THE MONEY.

I saw the car I was interested in, I went to see it in person, and test drove the vehicle. I spoke with Frank regarding price, and we settled on a price. I signed the paperwork, drove it off the lot and not 30 minutes later, the Check Engine Soon light came on. I went back in to talk to Frank about returning the vehicle, and he stated the vehicle couldn't be returned, and the code on the Check Engine light was an easy fix. Beware of this dealership, and salesman. I got juiced!

Courteous over the phone. Confirmed that they had car I was interested in there. Drove 270 plus miles from Louisiana In icy weather and buying process was easy. Couple of problems with heater and power windows but they reduced selling price by $100 satisfactory to all - we purchased the car. Both Mr Tom and Frank seemed interested in being fair and treating customer right. Lots of cars to view. Recommended to consider them for used car
