The worst experience ever
The service department is the worst. it took three appointments and one full week for them to fix a back up cam. keep in mind I just brought the jeep. the story is long but know they do not care about customers. The service manager is the worst and to boot the owner "Joe" refused to speak to me on several occasions. stay away. Update. 1.10.2021 Made an appointment for a level one service. They promised 1 1/2 - 2 hours tops. 1:45 minutes into the appointment they took the car in. They said .....so sorry....we are busy. I said I made my appointment over a month ago and you knew I was waiting. The response was that I could leave and come back but there is nothing that they could do. This has been the worst experience I've ever had.
