My mom purchased a vehicle from Titus will, this is her 4th vehicle from this location. She received a recall notice in regards to electrical issues with the lights. They suddenly stopped working and she is unable to drive her vehicle in the morning because the lights are not bright enough to see the road. Titus will gave us an appointment in late October and when we asked to possibly move the appointment up or get a loaner car, we were told, "everyone has problems," and that all of their rentals were broken. This is absolution unacceptable. When asked to speak to a manager, we were stone walled. The service department evaded our questions. The GM and other management here should be fired.

My son and I went to purchase a 2022 Hyundai Elantra N-series sedan the we saw advertised on Cars.com for $26,850. My son was excited to be purchasing his first brand new car on his own and had his heart set on this sedan. When we sat down to do the purchase we were told the price of the vehicle was $29,850. We told them that we saw the car advertised at $26,850 (which is the MSRP) only to be told that Cars.com was a third party advertiser and did not post the correct price. We stated we would purchase the car for the MSRP of $26,850 and were told they would not sell us the car for that price. The salesman stated that the $3000 market adjustment was lower that what Seattle dealers were charging and that if we didn't buy the car then someone from the Seattle area would purchase the car and gladly pay the $3000 market adjustment. We left the dealership without buying the car. My son had saved and gotten at $10,000 cashiers check made out to Titus-Will as the down payment and we were willing to trade our old car (trade value $3800) for only $2000. Needless to say we were very disappointed. We went to Bud Clary in Auburn and bought the same exact car for the MSRP of $26,860.

This dealership was difficult to deal with uncaring, unaccommodating for families and disabilities. Tried multiple times to set up test drive to purchase or build new (we are serious buyers & told them so) and they couldn’t be bothered. Talked with Jordan and when they weren’t helpful we tried to get a new sales person only to be fobbed off to a trainee because they were too busy. Taking our business elsewhere.

kind of place that will take your vehicle in for service and won't call you or give you an update for over a month and a half...and then don't even check the vehicle before you pick it up! Our Buick was in for service on the moon roof they failed to completely fix the first time, they allowed the waterlogged car to sit on the lot and mold very badly on the inside before working on it and tried to give it back to us without half of the interior installed and completely full of mold everywhere all because Misha couldn't do her job and check the car before we got there.. they kept it and it took over a week to get them to clean it and detail it... of course all the small details were overlooked and while the car appears clean the seat belt straps are still molded and stained and the headliner still has discoloration. They take no accountability for their poor workmanship and lack of communication, Misha made it very clear that her vacation was more important than my vehicle in her possession. Mechanics did work but if one looks at the details we see damage and poorly done work. Overall we are very disappointed with treatment and work quality after our family buying 3 vehicles from them we will all be taking our business elsewhere. Tyler in sales is the guy that'll lie to you right off the bat and Misha sets a very low bar for quality as a service writer.

I would like to update my previous review. We had a complication with our Tahoe order do to this crazy market and the lengthy order time for the vehicle. Titus-Will came through in the end even though they basically could have sold the vehicle to someone else for $5,000 more. Thank you for your commitment to customer satisfaction. I would happily recommend Titus-Will to all my friends and family.

The on line service booking through the GM app is a total mess. After the fact I received a call from their service dept. saying that on line is for Oil Changes only, even though the confirmation email from GM showed Emission issue. They lead you to believe that they have service appointments available in a few days while in reality the are booked out over a month! Either they are a very small service dept or there is a severe lack of tecnitions that want to work there.

I have been shopping for a particular SUV for quite some time. I finally found one on their website for about 16K and low mileage. I printed it out, called my bank (we are pre-approved), and gave them ALL the information including price. I went to look at it again later on to show my husband and the price was just 2 blank lines!!! THEN, I checked again in a few hours after some back and forth texting with the dealer who, btw, sent me the sales document to my phone???!!!! I asked him to email everything earlier. At the third check, the price was suddenly 22K + or - . Today it has gone from nothing to just below 20K and now it's blank again. I informed them I am going to report them to at least 3 agencies. Glad I have evidence.
