They are a xxxx poor dealership.
They are a xxxx poor dealership. Customer service that I received from one particular sales manager (MANAGER) was incredibly rude and quite disgusting if you ask me. I was hung up on. Was sold a car that should have never left the lot. They will NOT take responsibility for their own mistake. Does not matter who you are dealing with. They never hold their end of any agreement. Make claims that never happened. And refuse to fix things they've messed up. They are a horrible dealer and I would NOT EVER recommend them to even my worst enemy. Even after telling them multiple times they do not ever want ME to leave a review they continue to text me asking me to do so! Well, here you go TIM'S TRUCK CAPITAL!! Here's your review that we know you are just going to delete anyways because all you ever do is sweep things under the rug and ruin people lives with the intolerable sales lot you have. I'm not the first person they have screwed over. And I am surely not surprised if I'm not going to be the last.

You know all of the information. I have been nothing but nice and attempting to work with situations I don't feel obligated to just so we could work this out. Yet, you still could not make this right. You know the truth to this whole situation yet you refuse to admit to it. Let alone make it right. Your service department had the vehicle for a decent chunk of the time I've owned it so far and you have done nothing but make everything worse. You don't care about people or their pockets. You guys do nothing but lie and shade people into horrible cars. You stand behind your vehicles right? THEN DO IT!!!! STOP THE NONSENSE.

Everyone here has made my first time car dealership experience great. The service department has be amazing with car upkeep. I've not once have I felt like I was getting I was going to be taken advantage of. Would highly recommend them!

I love this dearship I need a ride and they picked me up
I love this dearship I need a ride and they picked me up they helped me with my first insurance payment (I paid them back) when my truck had a problem with the transmission they replaced it and gave me a loner car while I waited. I'd highly recommend Tim's Truck Capital friendly staff and great service.A++
