Thrifty Car Sales

I bought my Silverado 3 weeks ago from Francisco.He explained everything and did not rush the process , I got a low rate from credit union , overall we are very happy to shop at thrifty car sales and would definitely come back here again in future to buy another one .

They help you in the car but my car has a little noise and I’m trying to take it to get checked but it has been Hard to appointment I have 30 days to have it repaired and it seems like they’re trying to stretch my time now sold it for 30 days is up. They talk like they only can look at it and it really weird Because they said no that they have to fix it if it has it been 30. We will see.

Tried to elevate the sales tax for my area and wouldn’t even provide me with a key remote(about a$50 cost) the finance company is shady and not even an accredited business.

This company (financed by west coast auto although they adamantly deny it) repossessed my car 5 days before the payment was due - never contacted the main number or left ANY messages on vm. I paid the money owed and the towing fee right away but had to wait for it to go through snail mail to their p.o. box because of the holiday the "office wasn't open"....btw they tow the car right back to Thrifty auto lot and have you address both checks to West Coast Auto, so you know they work hand in hand. When I did finally get my car back a week later - MY BABIES CAR SEAT AND ALL OUR BELONGINGS WERE TAKEN, the mirror is broken and they even took the remote to the DVD player that's apparently really expensive.They essentialls stripped my car after I already paid 1250 to get this pile of scrap metal back.... Thanks for that Thrifty Auto, I hope the money you get on the streets for my used crap allowed you to provide yourself or your family with Christmas presents...along with the rest of the money you rip people off for. It's like stealing candy from a baby - clearly....I never had any problems with the car beforehand and would have gladly returned here for service until all this happened but I'm looking at filing a police report. I truly wish I had read the reviews beforehand.

My daughter helped me find a car online and I came to this dealer. I called Jose and he was very professional. I liked how he wanted to make sure everything was going good in the car. He even set up an appointment for me for the next day to fix the sun visor

Francisco Flores was very helpful ,honest,not pushy.We got a great experience and he explain everything clearly.i loved the car buying experience at thrifty car sales .

Warning **** i purchased a vehicle from this place on 8/21/2017 . 35 days later the vehicle broke down and this company will not be helpful at all . i do not recommend this place at all.There service operation days are only tuesday -thursday .if you need to purchase a vehicle go to a carmax ,not this rat hole.

I was going to Thrift to buy a car I had seen online. Someone else had just bought it about 30 minutes before I got there. In addition, the person who helped me was great at first but then he did not even bother to tell me that he was leaving for the day and not going to be there when I arrived. I was so disappointed. Thank you.
