Anthony at The Internet Car Lot was so helpful working with us and answering all of our questions. Something great they offer is to let you put a no risk 1 week deposit down on a vehicle and hold it for you. That way you have time to make arrangements and travel within that week to look at the vehicle of your choice-knowing that it won’t be sold before you get there! We live out of state so that was perfect for us. Anthony and the fellas took great care of my family and I even thought it was the end of the day. They didn’t make us feel rushed or pressured even though they had to stay a little late to get us all taken care of and on the road with our “new to us” vehicle! Thank you again and I will make sure to spread the word that you’re worth the the drive!! ~Natalie

SORRY THIS IS QUITE LENTY BUT IT WILL WORTH YOUR TIME! DO NOT 🚫 PURCHASE YOUR VEHICLE FROM THE INTERNET CARLOT DEALERSHIP! I bought a vehicle (Hyundai Tucson 2020) at this dealership that had a rebuilt title, and I have used it for a few weeks. I bought this vehicle for 18,995 but somehow, my buying price on my paper was 21,750. I said I wanted to cancel my Portfolio one vehicle protection plan that was $3500 two week later after purchasing it and they charged my a 35% cancellation fee. They ripped me off because they knew it was my first time buying a vehicle. To mention a few, I noticed a moving part on the rear end of this vehicle that keeps making annoying sounds, the rear fender liner was ripped, and the bumper paint job don't match the actual color of the vehicle. I came to complain about it and I only requested them to change the rear fender liner which the Mechanic promised he would order the part and give me a call to come in for it to be replaced.. It's been over a month that I have been trying to reach them and he keeps avoiding my call when I get transferred to him and even when messages are left for him. DO NOT 🚫 PURCHASE YOUR VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I have been too patient with them and I won't take this nonsense anymore

It's been almost 2 years having my SUV from here. I should have requested my car back and gone someplace else. A carfax would have shown me the damage really done to this vehicle and its my fault I didn't get one. After the first few days I noticed gas smell in my garage and it was because there was a hole in the gas tank!! How does a car pass inspection with that? I took it back and yes they fixed that however as time went on there was tire issues. I thought nothing more than to get new tires. 6 months later I'm having more issues and have to buy more tires!!. Well the struts are bent and will need to be repaired. So more money to spend. I hope to be done with this thing and get a better suv from a more reliable dealership. They need to allow people to have a 24 test drive so you can take it to your auto shop to make sure it's not a rip off

Won’t deal or offer ya the right price on your vehicle more or less wanna give a dollar for a $30000 vehicle then turn around and sell it for $40000

Poor customer service and lack of communication. Before buying the SUV they put on new tires and break pads, problem is over rusted out rotors-cheap and flat out wrong way to do it. After inspected by my mechanic it will need a new timing belt, ac compressor, spark plugs, trans flush, oil flush, etc. One of these dealers that does the bare minimum if any at all to get you into a vehicle. Looks nice on the outside but a mess mechanically. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone!

I flew from Montana to Omaha NE to purchase a 2018 RAM Eco diesel. Everything was ready to go. I was given a quote, after they had called the owner. In my hurry to get on the road, I didn't realize the price financed wasn't the quoted one. I was on the road by then, & gave them a call. Billy was right on it and made sure I was refunded the difference. Great srrvice!
