Bought a car from there, when it was initially purchased it was low on antifreeze so they put more in there, got home the next day and it had drained out, that is something that they should have caught before selling the vehicle. The car was sent to the shop and was there so long we decided on another vehicle. The staff were not friendly at all, the guy that wrapped up all of our paperwork on the first vehicle basically told us that if something ever happened to that vehicle just get rid of it, which I thought was vey unprofessional coming from a guy that works at the place where we were buying a car from! The car was purchased on Aug 27th as of Sept 4th that vehicle was still in the shop! On completion of the second vehicle they were in such a rush to get us to sign the papers and get out, I felt rushed to sign and read, which just made me purposely sit and take my time reading and signing thoroughly. I would use extreme caution when purchasing from this place. Not a friendly environment and most of the employees are stale and dry. I wouldn’t even refer to them as car salesman/dealer!

This is the first time I have purchased a vehicle without seeing it in person and test driving it. It was a little scary at first bc buying a vehicle sight unseen is not something most people are used to. We have purchased a vehicle from the dealership where I bought my newest vehicle so I knew they were a reputable place. The Vroom customer service people were so helpful with the appraisal of my car, getting all of the information needed to buy the new vehicle, financing the new vehicle, etc. They made me feel comfortable with a new experience. Once they received all of my paperwork back, the car was delivered to me within 2-3 days and my trade-in will be picked up from my house. It is a very easy process and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking at a vehicle that is too far to drive to see.

I love How easy Patrick Made my buying process. I was literally just there for 30 minutes top and that's Test drive included. I would definitely recommend Texas Direct To anyone in the market to find a new or used car.

terrible and no flexibility

Bought a truck from here and got home when it started smelling like cigarettes. They have a 7 day 250 mile return policy. My son and wife rode in the car and had issues with asthma that night due to the smoke residue in the truck. When I brought it back I simply wanted to trade in this truck (134 miles later) and get one that didn’t smell like cigarettes. They charged me a $475 restocking fee and would not change the rims from the first vehicle to the second vehicle. I told them I’ll pay the $475 for the new truck if I keep the original rims. They won’t do that for any customer apparently. Needless to say I’m leaving with my original trade and taking my business somewhere they will treat customers fairly. Talked to sales manager Mike and salesman Chris and neither were willing to work with me at all.

Anthony did a great job showing us what we wanted to see and letting us test drive a few cars before we selected the one we purchased. He was very helpful and fun to work with . He made the experience relaxed and even brought us a dinner.

I recently bought a 2018 A6 and had a pleasant experience (Thad was the salesperson). They gave me top dollar for my trade in (matched and even went above what Carvana offered). They also had the most attractive price I could find for the A6.
