The buying process is still a bit slow - the wait to get into the finance phase can be improved. The staff is friendly and courteous and delays are because they are so busy!

We purchased a car with TDA in 2016 and really enjoyed our experience. At the time we were looking for the BMW 3 series and they allowed us to test drive multiple cars. Based on the past positive experience we returned to purchase another car but were disappointed with the customer service and lack of care. When we first met our sales agent Guillermo, he said we are only allowed to test drive 2 cars (how does one make a decision having only driven 2 cars?). He was disinterested in working with us. When we were done test driving the cars he did not come back to discuss or say bye. We will not be returning to TDA again. The new management and policies are not worth the time.
This time took a bit longer than last time, but it was a Saturday also. Bernard was great at providing all the information I needed about a car I was inquiring about. Sadly they weren’t as many deals at this dealership as it was last time.

TX Direct Auto always pays top dollar for our used cars compared to other dealers. They are friendly and organized. I have sold them 3 vehicles and bought 1. Jose Pena was my most recent sales associate. Great guy to deal with. No pressure or tricks.

We always dread going to a dealership to purchase a car. This was our first experience at Texas Auto Direct. The difference is night and day. No pressure, no bait and switch, no up selling. We kept changing our mind and Johana Lopez kept accommodating us. So very patient. Patrick Scott in finance was just as wonderful. Departures went over every inch of the car and the features.

Nice Car.. Poor Service
The car is nice and the price was so good, they know they are selling it anyway so they provide the worst customer service you can get. it's a great place with a big operation,hope you guys can take care of i. i will pay a little more and go somewhere else next time.
Rude most careless sales person. offered cash and still insist I pay $500 dealer fee on top of full price. Was told we don’t negotiate and I can’t speak to a manager. Since when is there no negotiation in car buying?
