Buyer beware when sight unseen.

Bought vehicle sight unseen. Upon delivery, discovered that pictures where taken at angles that hid flaws. If your gonna market cars over long distances, you should be as detailed and honest as possible.

I didn't expect the customer service I got and I mean that in a good way! I went to carmax before and they were trying to put me in something I didnt want. Received irritated vibes because of that. My boyfriend found Vroom and our salesman Robert Aitken was super nice and easy. He looked at my choices and put me in them with no troubles. I ended up with the best chose that I thought was best and not what the salesman thought was best. THANK YOU ROBERT, YOURE THE BEST!

Caveat Emptor - Buyer Beware

Very unethical and deceptive trade practices going on here. This entire set up is a scam on many levels in many ways. Money, information, identity. Just go to a real dealer at least you get something for the money they try to get in addition to your purchase these people just add on non real items and then are dishonest about the entire deal especially if you?re local. Save yourself the trouble.

It was a surreal experience. Armed police walking inside the wait area, had to show driver's license and proof of insurance in order to test drive, some of the employees looked and acted like xxxxx, customer service at check-in is a joke, professional appearance is an alien concept, had made an appointment to see a couple of cars and had to wait 30 minutes before asking what is going on only to be told that I had to wait another 30 minutes because they were not in the lot. Walked away in relief I would not have to experience the whole scene any longer. Glad to pay a few 100 $ more, if at all, at a professional dealership.

Disappointed with this dealership

I did not hear back from them at all. I called more than 4 times and never received a call back. I am very disappointed with this dealership. I decided to go with Texas Direct Auto because my sister bought a Jeep Cherokee from them and highly recommended this dealership to me.

This, in my opinion, is the best way to buy a vehicle! There are no ?shark like? salesmen haggling you. The buying process is simple. Miguel processed my financing information in minutes. My vehicle was delivered directly to my home and then the VROOM team follows up with you for any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend vroom to my family and friends..especially the women who become intimidated buying a vehicle.

Bad brakes and dent in door of $27790 vehicle.

If you find a problem after you hand then the check good luck on then fixing it. Management lacks common sense. Vehicle had $400 dent and bad brake rotors so another $350 their. No adjustments and says oh sir that vehicle passed our reconditioning standards.

Nice sales associates. Horrible management

My sales guy was great. But TDA has a problem. They don?t have every car on there lot that?s on the web. They only had 4 car models that I was interested in. 3 of them the sale associate said wasn?t there. So I buy the one that?s there. Come to find out, there was another one. So I call within 24hrs. And ask to purchase the other vehicle. It?s also a little more money. So they charge me a restocking fee. To make matters worse. I couldn?t leave the lot because the security guard couldn?t find my bill of sale in my paperwork.
