This is my third vehicle that I purchase from TDA and the process has only gotten easier and easier. I love that everything is done online; from getting trade in quote, finding a vehicle and signing paperwork. Dealing with Vroom is so easy. The employees are great. Walking in, there is just so much organization. It’s honestly the best experience, I’ve had thus far. I will always give TDA my business.

This is for Vroom AND Texas Direct Auto as they have used both names when calling me back at different times. This is a review that I hate having to write, because I really wanted to like this company and the concept of what Vroom SAYs it does. This experience started off great. I was offered more for my trade by Vroom than anyone else offered, and the price of the new vehicle was more affordable than the other place that I had looked at. I had my own financing so that was not an issue. They sent over DocuSign and after signing is when things started to take a turn for the worse. They told me that it would take two weeks to get me my car, but that they would keep me updated throughout the shipment. Over the next two weeks I had three separate tow trucks show up at my place of employment trying to take my trade even though my new car still had not arrived and had several phone calls from others asking if they could come get my car. I would call and talk to people in customer service that had no clue what was going on. Not once in the two weeks was there any communication from any one from Vroom about the shipment of my new car. After the two weeks I started calling and emailing about when I could expect my new car. No one seemed to know when the car was coming, but its didn't stop them from lying to me every chance they had. I was told that since it was late, that Vroom would refund the entire amount that they had charged for shipping once the car finally arrived. It was almost a full month before my car was delivered without any notice at all. The delivery guys were clueless and rude and acted like it was a bother that I wanted to look the car over. I called in and asked about the refund for the shipping and was told that I had to wait 7 days before I could file a claim for a refund. After the 7 days I called back in and was told that I could not get a refund because I had waited more that seven days to file a claim. Vroom seems to make up the rules as they go. In the original ad for the car it was listed with two keys, but the car only came with one. The driver that delivered the car said that Vroom would mail them to me. When I called Vroom they said it doesn't come with two keys and asked if I had proof that the ad said that. I never took screen shots of the ad because I didn't think that I would need to do that just to keep them honest. We had planned on buying another vehicle from them as soon as this first deal was wrapped up. We will not be buying anything else from these crooks. Avoid Vroom and Texas Direct Auto at all costs.
