I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Texas Direct Auto. As you can see I give it 5 stars. This was a very easy process from start to finish. More specifically, I'd like to recommend my salesperson, Douglas Ramirez. He was not only extremely genuine and a gentleman, but also a true professional. Leaving with a new vehicle, but the more time I spent talking to Douglas about my current situation, the more I was inclined. His years of knowledge and experience in car sales was far superior to the salesman I found at other local dealerships. His approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. After doing my homework and shopping, I knew the deal he needed to make things work for me. At no point did I have to go to the math with Douglas to get that deal. He found a way to make it work for me and I couldn't have asked for much more than that. Not only was I able to leave Texas Direct with a new Dodge Challenger but I also left with my dignity intact. Thank you Douglas! Ultimately, this would not have been possible without the help of the team.Thanks for his patience and for staying late to close the deal. Maria Requena.

I have nothing to say other than a massive thank you to the amazing duo Jerome and Jimmy. From first interaction they were extremely polite, accessible and professional. Jimmy can sell icebergs to eskimos and melt volcanos with his eyes. Jerome I think he pretty much can run the country. What an amazing business manager, he can make anything happen! I bought 3 cars from them, they were ( and are ) phenomenal vehicles in extremely good condition and with more than fair prices for all of them. The coffee is horrible lol but keeps you going… The bathrooms are spotless. The delivery team is a m a z I n g, thorough, efficient and so willing to answer all your one hundred million questions about your newest precious possession. Mrs. Cynthia at the final gate might as well be an angel from heaven. She already comes out from her post smiling from ear to ear to check your paperwork and congratulate you for your purchase. I so want everyone to buy from Vroom / Texas Direct Auto it’s silly, I tell everyone about them. At Vroom / Texas Direct Auto there’s none of the pushy salesman and arrogant dealership vibe, YOU choose your car, YOU buy what YOU want not what they’re trying to shove down your throat. Honest prices, easy purchase process, SPECTACULAR cars and oh did I mention they traded my car in for more than anyone else offered? Vroom is disrupting the auto sales arena and putting major dealerships out of business and I love it! It’s about time we can have access to car buying freedom and joy! Don’t listen to negative reviews, they’re untrue, I guarantee you once you visit TDA and buy your first car with them you’ll never go anywhere else! Thank you again, TDA!

I purchased a car on Dec 4th 2021. Car missed 2 guaranteed delivery dates and showed up at the end of the month of Dec with a broken antenna., and Temp. plates that have expired on February 2, 2022. I have sent over 256 emails and it just falls on deaf ears. I did move forward and started a case with my DMV Investigation Division to Sargeant Jon Brooks. in the state of California. I have submitted over 150+ pages of information and their lack of follow through. I also submitted another copy to the State Attorney General office. They should not be allowed to do this to people. I have to keep up my insurance and keep making payments to Westlake Financial and yet it sits in my driveway collecting dust and is Illegal to drive in the state of California. I just made this months payment to Westlake Financial but if temporary plates don't show up before next payment due. I am calling the loan company and telling them to come pick it up right away I refuse to pay for a car in the State I live in and not be able to drive it. Don't by from them or from Vroom.

Overall experience 1.0 Does not recommend this dealer. Did not purchase a vehicle.

Easiest and friendliest car buying experience I've ever had. Entire process over the phone and online. Jason Bull was very respectful of my time and understood I wanted to get the deal done - in less than 2 hours contract was executed and vehicle was ready for me to pick up. Purchased a beauty - 2021 Lexus IS 350 Sport. Very happy with the service received!

first time customer and was very pleased upon arriving at dealership --- all dressed upfor valentine's day for sure ( pretty cool actually ) --- met with sales rep. and looked on line to find what i basically was looking for --- salesman returned call from e mail --- worked out fine --- found the vehicle and purchased !!! --- thanks to all the folks who participate in making the process painless
