Beware of undercover dis honesty

It took me 6months to write this review because I were torn between the staff courteous attitude and the business side. I recommend to whoever decide to purchase a vehicle from this Dealership, please have the vehicle checked out form top to bottom, front to rear, and from inside to outside. Beware of cover ups and cheap after markets replacement parts just to sale the vehicle. Again, don’t be taken in by the smiles and pleasant attune from the Owner and Staff.

I've been going here and there looking for a vehicle but dealer #1 price $7K over value, dealer #2 Salvaged title, dealer #3 salvaged title (Yes, I asked first) lol, dealer #4 I would have to wait 14 days for them to deliver PLUS I paid a $249 non-refundable "holding fee" so no one else would purchase vehicle...I was already pre-approved by my credit union and I had current insurance coverage. After all that I called and talked to Dennis and he assured me of the value of the vehicle. I went over, Larry went over all paperwork with me and I was out in less than an hour! DRIVING MY NEW VEHICLE!!! Thanks guys I really appreciate you!

Searching for a Jeep Wrangler and came across the largest selection in the Dallas area. Called in to make an appointment and spoke to Dennis. Very friendly and helpful. I test drove 3 Wranglers before I found the perfect Jeep. Unlike other dealerships, at no time did I feel any pressure. Will definitely refer all my family, friends and coworkers.

BAIT and SWITCH??? IDK but it felt like it!

1 star for the dealer. 5 stars for Edward the sales person. I found a truck on CARS.com. I requested more information. Edward got back with me, sent texts, emails, pics and carfax all stating a price. Salesman was at the auction and we talked about setting an appointment for the next day. I was heading out to go buy the truck. I got on the website for the address to find the truck price raised an additional $5,000.00. I text them an asked about the website price vs cars.com, emailed info, texted info and CARFAX info. They did not honor the original price and had a manager call me to let me know to let me know trucks are in hi demand and bla bla bla. May have been a honest mistake? The original price was rated as a "FAIR PRICE" and if it looked in person as good as it looked online, I would have purchased the truck from Edward.

A Pleasant Used Car Buying Experience

I went with my son to get a used SUV. Eddie was a wonderful and helpful salesman. What I loved the most was that he was not trying to push me to use his own financing or purchase extra services like previous dealerships I have used. In fact, when my financing fell through, he worked hard at helping me find another credit union and even beat the rate of my original credit union. My only complaint is that there was a problem with the brakes that should have been fixed before being sold. Their repair guy had fixed a problem with the brakes (the calipers) and either missed the issue of a flexible brake line or didn't fix it correctly. Edward offered to arrange for us to bring it in to get it fixed but we were leaving town the next day. Luckily my husband is handy and was able to fix the it and it has been running great since then. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and the facility and I am planning on checking them out again when I get my next used car. I hope that Eddie is still there because, while I didn't really meet the others, I really thought he did an excellent job and he is exceptionally personable.

He responded quickly at first but, when I requested the interior measurements of the trunk (twice) he never got back to me. I needed to know those measurements because I have a large case that I have to transport to different offices that work out of and needed to be sure it would fit.
