We service four family cars and three company cars at Quick Lane for regular service and Tenvoorde Service center for and incidental services. Make sure you ask for Russ H and Mike A because they are exceptional, but have always been delighted on my way out the door!

As a long time customer, I have noted that the employees are courteous, and efficient. The mechanics are skilled, and qualified for the job! After my appointment, I always feel that my vehicle is safer, as I drive away from Tenvoorde.

Service advisor Mike that the turbo will need to be replaced. Technician Jason did the repair in the most timely manner. He explained that while doing the test drive, he noticed that the front tires were noisy. He suggested that a tire rotation would help. All repairs are completed and I'm satisfied with how the F250 with a 7.3 diesel is running. I trust the staff that worked with me.

No clear place to pick up car. No one at Service window. Was texted aname/number to contact with questions and updates but they were never available. Terrible communication.

Very satisfied overall- but wish they would have reset the oil change indicator for me instead of me having to figure it out. I keep getting oil change required message and we just had it done!
