I was lied that my car was fixed. It took an email Deb to get things moving. Phil did the best he could when dealing with services techs. The services techs lost my motor cover and never put another one on. I had to call Phil to order me one.

When I had my car alignment done.
When I had my car alignment done. The dealer alignment rack was defective, causing my wheels to be way out of alignment. This caused extreme difficulty when driving on ice and snow covered roads. The dealer attempted to re-align my car several times, but still with the defective alignment rack. I brought my car back a couple months later to make another attempt at correcting this issue, and at that time was told that they had discovered the problem with the defective alignment rack and were able, at this time, to correct the issue. However, they did not ever contact me to let me know the situation had been resolved on their end. So I was driving around with an unsafe car even after they corrected the defective equipment at their shop. This was a complete failure on their part to ensure they made my car safe to operate.
