Jade and Bob were so easy to work with when our
Jade and Bob were so easy to work with when our organization put in an order for two Transits. They were upfront and honest about the time it was going to take for the vehicles to arrive and gave us some background on WHY it was going to take so long. When I checked our online portal and realized one was being shipped to the dealership Jade has the information within 4 minutes and sent over the details and supplied his direct contact number for future inquiries to save time and hassle going through the call tree. Hands down great experience and would recommend their team to anyone!

Bad car dealer
We leased a car at the end of the lease they tried to tell us they can only give us only the amount we owed , so we bought it and they never transferred it, and made us buy tabs at $300.0 and never received them, so we had to go the dmv and buy them tenvoorde ford is out to rip peaple off , stay away
David, as I wrote on Peggys 1-star Google review for this situation, we apologize. When buying out your lease on 4/14 we needed to payoff the entire vehicle to obtain the title from Ford Credit. We submitted the payoff electronically the day you signed paperwork. We then waited to get the title from Ford Credit. We cannot process the registration without the title. Once we got the title we sent it to the county clerk the next business day. The county clerk told us the paperwork we submitted was approved and processed shortly after you went and paid for your own registration. We contacted the clerk and was able to reverse our payment and Nick contacted you yesterday, 5/2, to let you know we were issuing you a check for the amount we charged you for the registration. The mistake we made was not giving you a 21 day temporary permit and if someone told you to handle it with the DMV. We had it handled with the DMV but not before your tabs expired. The titling process is much faster when we have a title and don’t have to depend on a bank to mail it to us. At this point we have a check to mail you or you can pickup so you will be made whole. We believe better communication and a little more patience would have resulted in a better experience. My bill has been incorrect several times now and I’ve called in on it twice, one time never got a call back. Then when I called in a second time they must have been in a hurry because the rep just hurried me off the phone and said he would fix. Now I received my invoice again and there was no detail of the charges just that I owed close to 1500 but it should have been 500 or close to it.
