I put $10,000 down on a vehicle and bought $1,200 in accessories and and they couldn’t even take the steps off the truck When I asked multiple times…..also sold me a vehicle with a broken windshield had a big chip in it hiding under the price tag so I didn’t see it until after I bought the vehicle then all the sales person offers to was fill in the chip and not replace the windshield overall disappointing also they would not do anything about the chipper paint I found after the paper work was done so now I’ve put $10,000 down $2,500 for trade in and $1,200 in accessories and all he could do is say he can’t do anything because it’s a used truck that cost $36,000 to be honest because of this salesman I will more then likely never buy from Tenvoorde Ford ever again.
We are sorry for your experience. We did tell you that if the running boards would not come off, we would not torch cut them off. Because we live in Minnesota and the vehicle is 7 model years old, the running boards were rusted underneath, so the bolts would not come off with the high impact drill. We did not notice the chip in the very upper passenger side near the roof of the vehicle, so we did what your insurance would have done, which is fill the chip. Insurance companies do not replace windshields unless the chip is in the drivers line of sight and we follow the same practice. We could have done a better job matching the touch up paint color. If you would like us to either provide you with your own paint or if you want us to reapply the proper color, please reach out to Hayden to schedule that. I wouldn’t recommend any part of ford even to my worst enemy!! Vehicle always leaves with more problems then originally brought in with.

Communication between who was servicing my car and myself
Communication between who was servicing my car and myself was spotty at best, problems arose that were not predicted, and I didn't have access to my car for over a week, and the majority of that week, I had to contact the shop to see if the car was done. It wasn't until 2 days after they were scheduled to be done did I finally get a hold of the employee in charge of my car, and he told me that my vehicle had been ready for a couple hours and was waiting for me to pick up. This may be a one-time-thing, but I will not be returning to Tenvoorde for any servicing my car needs.

Great staff always friendly and professional only complaint was warranty work was to cost me 800 dollars at abra autobody after fms granted around 1300 dollars to have it repaired. Another very reputable body shop in st.cloud can do the repair for 750 dollars
