My least favorite service center.
My least favorite service center. I've never been greeted upon entrance and sometimes have been completely ignored. This visit I told Mike I thought there was a recall that needed to be addressed and he said there wasn't. He was wrong.

Came to look at trading in my Ford escape to get a truck.
Came to look at trading in my Ford escape to get a truck. Explained the parameters that I needed to be met, and was told that I need to be flexible. Was shown multiple different trucks, but each time I wanted to move forward with a truck Something Happens to where we cannot move forward with it. There was always something wrong with the truck I wanted to move forward with so the truck cannot be selected. Allowing flexibility when looking for a vehicle and still being told I’m not being flexible enough. Felt pushed into having my credit run, I allowed it. Explaining that I cannot have a cosigner or put money down I was told that was no problem. But every single vehicle that my credit was run for I was told that I needed a cosigner or to put money down. I felt like I was not listened to and was pushed towards getting a particular truck I didn’t care for and which even then I was not able to get. I explained to the sales rep that this is what I was afraid of. Having my credit run for no reason and not being able to get a vehicle. and all I was told was sorry that’s how we do things. I was told Tenvoorde helps and works with people no matter what to give the best customer service and to gain a customer for life, but I kept being strung along on a chase that there was no happy ending to. I was never really given any updates unless I asked, and I felt like the only thing that mattered was the sales rep making commission on a particular vehicle along with the person in charge of the financing and Not trying to give the best customer service and do what’s needed for a customer.
