Got my second car service at the dealership, Sierra snd her team did an excellent job. It was Randy who I reached to schedule a same day service and he was very courteous and cooperative to schedule my service same day. I appreciated the service and professionalism shown by both Randy and Sierra.

I made an appointment 35 minutes from my home to test
I made an appointment 35 minutes from my home to test drive the RX model. Upon arrival, the sales person I was to meet with was not available. We were assigned a different sales rep. He proceeded to demand to know what type of car we currently drive, upon telling him, he told us we could not afford an RX model. Also we desired a Hybrid and he told us we did not want that type of vehicle. After some increasing heated discussion, we test drove an NX but "were not allowed to take it on the highway." We were allowed to "look inside an RX, but could not go into it." We are caucasian, the sales person is african american. Anticipate the response if things were reversed in this situation. The general manager did take my call later, provided no excuses, did put me on a preferred list for an incoming NX hybrid and now we are well past that promise with no contact. DO NOT use this dealer
