Worst buying experience I have ever experienced.

Before the meet up I confirmed my arrival no less than twice with a Gerald that I was traveling from Kansas to them and that the earliest I could be in was on a Saturday (via text). Gerald could not be bothered to reread text messages and asked a few messages later if i could come in for them to assess my trade in to which I reminded him a third time I was traveling from Kansas. 4 hour trip from Kansas to Arkansas. Truck was listed as "Clean Retail" but showed with significant body damage to passenger side bottom rear quarter, creases in tailgate from being dropped on a presumably square object, heavily scratched headlight, heavily scratched side mirror, check engine light immediately turned on upon starting truck, all four front air vents were broken. (Listed and asking price as "clean" which implies none of the above issues). My truck with no body damage, and only needing a sunglasses holder replaced was listed as "rough" and over $3,000 under rough trade value (not clean trade as my truck was in better shape then theirs). When discussing price they said my rough value was what NADA showed until confronted at which point my rough value jumped up to $15,500 (which was the correct listing but wrong assessment. Upon this increase they increased the price of their truck by the $3,000 difference saying that because they were using NADA values now that that both should reflect this (the price of their truck was recently reduced within the last month). These new prices based on "NADA" were provided on sheets clearly typed up in Microsoft word. At no point was my truck even driven (I have a fairly throaty exhaust) as I checked on multiple occasions to see if they had taken it on a test drive and it had not. This is also a clear indicator that my truck showed in excellent shape (along with hundreds of dollars in extras; center console safe, underseat rear storage, bed toolbox, weatherguard floormats, low profile ventvisors, low mile over sized off road tires) There was no negotiation at "Superior Ford" where I was treated like an expert when I was looking at their truck but like an idiot when it came to honest fair values. I came with preapproved financing to leave with a truck and instead left feeling like I was treated like a child who knew nothing. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone, as a matter of fact I would do the opposite.

I purchased a used vehicle from almost 200 miles away. Both Blake, the salesperson and Clayton, the manager who did my paperwork, were great. Blake answered all of my questions promptly and in a really straight-forward manner that made me feel very confident. He sent me pictures and every bit of information regarding the condition and history of the vehicle that I requested. They delivered the car to me and I purchased it and signed the paperwork without ever leaving home. The car itself was just as described and the follow-through has been great. This is a very good dealership

Deceptive Business Practices

I wanted to like this place, but the sales manger Rob made sure I didn’t. I only gave 3 stars because we liked working with Brendan and Jessica. On Tuesday February 27th I spoke with Brendan Lee regarding a truck they had listed and let him know that we’d be up to look at it on Saturday, March 3rd. Brendan was very easy to work with and confirmed they still had the truck, confirmed the price listed on cars.com, and scheduled us to come in on Saturday since we live 3 hours from this dealership. When we arrived at the dealership we test drove the truck and everything looked good so we started to discuss purchasing the vehicle. This is when we were informed that they raised the price by $1000 from the price listed on Tuesday when I originally inquired about it. Rob gave us some shady salesman story about the prices changing due to it being a new month. He also said we should have gotten the original price in writing aw that was the only way they’d honor the price they posted on cars.com and confirmed over the phone. Despite Rob being a dishonest shyster, we were finally able to agree on a price that we were comfortable with ONLY because we have been looking for this exact truck for many months. If it was an easy truck to find we would have walked out the door as soon as we started working with Rob. We ended up making a deal at the max price we had determined we would be willing to pay for this particular truck so we were going to buy the truck regardless. Had they been hones and Rob not been involved we would have had a positive experience and would be able to recommend this dealership, but alas that is not the case. Needless to say, we’ll never buy from them again and give this warning for anyone who may do business with them: If you want to do business with these guys, work with Brendan or Jessica and avoid Rob like an STD. Also, get them to commit to a sales price in writing, because Rob will increase prices as soon as he knows someone is interested in a vehicle.

I was looking to buy a new little car for myself and daughter, and I had no experience in this. I went to Superior in Siloam Springs, and was greeted by a nice young man, who's name is Chris Adair. He was very friendly and helpful in showing me cars and helping to pick out my little Ford Fiesta. (which my daughter and friends say is Groovy!!) My experience was very good, not really knowing anything about buying a new car. They walked me threw the process each step of the way. Could not have ask for a nicer experience. Have you ever been to an auto dealership when you are in the prospecting stage of a possible new car purchase and run into the brush off attitude from the sales rep?? You want general information about a car your interested in or some working numbers about the real price of a particular car but the salesman can't give you any useful information until you are "serious" about buying a car. Well, that wasn't the case when I contacted Superior Ford in Siloam Springs, Ark. I live in Memphis, TN. and found a year end model new car that I was searching for online. The ads I found at the big car mart sites and the Superior site gave very complete information about the car I was interested in including the real "out the door" price of the car. When I called the dealership and talked to the sales manager I got a great reception from the very start. I called just to go over the basics but in no time we were talking specifics and working out details. Jim Coggins was receptive and responsive and very personable. In three days we went from general inquiry to a completed sale. All of the people at Superior were friendly, cooperative and helpful. I got a great car-2014 Mustang GT-at a very attractive price and with great ease. Have only the best to say for Superior Ford and the staff members there.

Great salespeople before the sale, horrible after

Bought a Ford Explorer in January 13. Everything with the car is great and service has been acceptable. The problem is getting them on the phone or to follow-up with me when I have an issue. You call and ask for service and you are on hold for ten minutes then transferred to a voicemail and calls are returned the next day. My car was being worked on and it took me five calls and 20 minutes to speak to a person that could tell me it was done. There is no follow-up after the sale when I call with a question. Buying a car is easy, it's after the sale that a dealership needs to excel and this one fails miserably. If a Ford costs a little more somewhere else, buy it there because there is no way you will get worse service at the other place.

I had called 2 times to check stock on different trucks...

I had called 2 times to check stock on different trucks they had after deciding which options I wanted. When I called one final time to double check the trucks were still there "Corey" was extremely unprofessional and basically said that I could quote take a picture of the sticker to get the details unquote, basically telling me that I couldn't test drive the truck because I wasn't going to buy that year. I was comparing the options to order a 2013 from them but needed to see the same truck in a 2012 with the same options I wanted. I didn't even want to test drive it, I just wanted to see it. I will NEVER do business with this dealership, nor do I recommend it. Even Adam didn't seem very professional after I explained to him how Corey had treated me and didn't really say much. To say the least, I would avoid this dealership at all costs. They are complete jerks and unprofessional. There are by far way better Ford dealerships in the area. Check around, and AVOID this dealer.

we went to superior ford after we found a used honda odyssey we were looking for. when we walked in, i watched one of the salesmen look right at us and continue to stand there with his arms crossed. it took about 5 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us! we should have read the signs then and left, but we stayed. once we met our salesman he was good to us and kind. we drove a quick loop in the honda and like the way it sounded and drove. we sat in the office for 3 hours before they found out we could not get approved for our loan. we have previously bought 2 cars and had no problem getting approved. so we left empty handed. they called us the next monday and said we got approved so i went to sign the papers. after i left with the car it started to drive weird, but it took about 5 minutes of driving before it started. i took it back to the dealer within 48 hours after having other mechanics and family/friends look at it and drive it. the dealership was unable to diagnose it so i took it to a honda place. they told me ALL 4 of my motor mounts were broken and 1 was an aftermarket. it was gonna cost 2,000.00! we took it straight back and asked them to stand by their car they sold us and fix it since we found the problem immediately. they refused to fix it, but offered us a new warranty. ive been waiting a month now and checking in with them every week with no success of them fixing my honda yet. DO NOT SHOP AT SUPERIOR FORD! they do not stand by their cars.
