My family and I have a growing family and we need a new car. We did not know where to start. We test drove many different cars and we quickly came to the conclusion that Volvo's were for us. I have got to comment on the SPECTACULAR job these folks did for me on my 2017 Volvo XC90 Service visit! Dan Kitchel was phenomenal in communication, and I knew what was going on every second. Scheduling was perfect, valet service flawless (Jessie who delivered the car was so professional and courteous). The car was super clean inside and out...it is like new, and the team provided me with XC90 rubber matts in front, as the ones I had in were for a different model (I had just thrown them down). I will never get anything done elsewhere and I will absolutely be buying my next Volvo from West County. Thank you for a fantastic experience. Absolutely remarkable!!

Volvo's website with list of New inventory and available discounts was the best thing for me to make a decision on buying this car. The competition is strong and i was looking for options like Benz, BMW, Lexus etc. Going to each of these dealers showroom was of now help. Finally ventured Volvo and checked new Inventory/discount. Finalized a car with right price, went to Volvo WC and finalized. Dealer immediately provided me with test drive of the car and that's it. The deal was done :)
