I had an oil change it went very well I was in and out in 1 hour. I was previously with Paul Cerame and they went out of business so I think I will be with Suntrup in the future
Ford Edge servicing, and oil change
Suntrup Ford Kirkwood once again did their usual great job in getting my 2020 all wheel drive Ford Edge?s oil changed and then did the additional servicing plus tire rotation and alignment check and all that in their shop. Price was a tad expensive but as usual well worth it. Can?t wait to come back here again every time to get it worked on.

2021 Ford Expedition Recall
I received recall notice called Michael at Suntrup. Dropped off vehicle knowing they were booked out 6 weeks. Received call 2 days later my car was ready for pickup and they went the extra step and delivered it. They were upfront and honest.

I bought a used car from them in April.
I bought a used car from them in April. In June I took it to my local Ford dealership because the engine light came on. Turns out the problems were a result of work done at the Suntrup shop. I spoke with the service manager about the problem and she said they would not cover the cost of repairs. She did this with a smirk on her face. Absolutely unprofessional in the way she handled the situation.
Still no response from Management
It has been two months since my review. The dealership has responded on here and I have emailed and called the dealership. I still have not had a response to make this right. They claimed manahement has been made aware and want to rectify this situation, but they haven't reached out beyond a response on this site.

Did not repair
Went in because of a rattle noise, oil change. They did not repair rattle noise. said they could not find
Over all my experience was quick and easy. However, I did feel like the dealer was a little dishonest and poorly prepared. I had spoken to the dealership for a few days before I showed up to test drive the car when I arrived the car was out of gas so I had to wait almost a half hour for them to take it somewhere and put gas in. Upon getting in the car my wife and and smelled a smell that was clearly them treating the car trying to cover something up. I asked them specifically about the history and if the previous owner smoked or anything and they very blatantly told me the car was fine and has no signs or smells of smoke. But of course 3 days after buying it when the nauseating dealership chemical cleaner smell went away it was obvious that the car clearly smelled of cigarettes and it was just disappointing that my sales person felt the need to blatantly lie to us about it. Also after spending almost 3 hours in the dealership finally got told as we were leaving that their inspection had expired so we would have to come back for them to reinspect it. I don?t understand why a dealership who communicated with me everyday for a few days before our appointment was not prepared to have someone test drive or buy the car. When we did go back to get the inspection redone they tried to tell us that there was a possibility that they wouldn?t be able to do it and again why did they wait till after we arrived to our appointment we had for over a week to tell us we were possibly just wasting our time. It was just a lot of little things. That we?re not a huge deal but could have been done or handled better.
