At first everything seems true except they lie to you about the prices and will not buy your trade in even if you bought it there for even close to actual market value. They wrecked my truck when it went to get a bed liner and then promised to make up for it and that was a lie. Do not deal with ceasear he’s a liar and a con man used car dealer….

John Kim at sunset remembered me from test driving a bronco and called me when a previous order fell through. He was great to work with and kept me posted as my bronco build progressed. I will definitely recommend him and Sunset to friends and family. I liked the straight forward professional demeanor of John and the other folks I dealt with.

Really bad is the second time we had a recall and they not able to provide a vehicle over a month waiting end up charging us for a recall, because they had to charge the battery after we told them the vehicle was parked over a month end up paying almost 200 dollars. Not happy with the customer service provide by Rachel at Sunset Ford in Sumner. No happy at all

Had an appointment with Scott on a monday, so I went into service department to check in. He was scrambling around with papers at the desk and didn’t greet or even look up at me for about 10 minutes. He told me to grab my car so I did. Then I sat there for another 25 minutes STILL waiting to get checked in, being ignored by everyone there who could’ve easily said “we’ll be with you in a moment.” When I finally did and Scott was going through my warranty papers he said “I doubt your warranty will cover it” and I asked why and he said “your names not on the paper” and I explained that my dad was my co-signer but my name is on the car and he rolled his eyes and just sighed “okay.” After I got all checked-in I asked how long they’d have my car and they didn’t give me any answer. The next day came around and I didn’t receive a call at all to see what was going on with my car. Finally on the third day I called and they said it’d be done by the afternoon. Luckily I had a ride for the days I didn’t have a car otherwise I’d be upset that I didn’t get offered a rental.

Not very happy with the experience I had. My husband and I had our financing all in place when we showed up to sign the papers for our new truck. We were originally told it would take about 1.5 hours so I left work with my husband to take care of this. We were told we needed to put our personal information on this credit app so they could find our financing in their CUDL system. I was reluctant and said no they didn't need to run our credit again as we were already approved for the truck. I put my name and birthdate on the form, low and behold they ran my credit anyway. I would dispute this but when they came back with the paperwork to sign 2 hours into the process the form authorizing to run my credit was intermingled and I didn't read it all because I needed to get back to work. I FIND THIS TO BE VERY DECEITFUL AND WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. My husband will go back but I won't step foot on their property again. THEY COULD BE THE LAST FORD DEALERSHIP AND I STILL WON'T GO BACK.

The sale and all that was great. What we learned as we got free loaners for life and free oil changes. Is the goal of the service department is to xxxx you off so bad that you go somewhere else. Even on the warranty stuff if they don’t see it. They don’t fix it. I write this as I’m sitting at Fugate Ford having my truck service. Wow what a difference in attitude.
