We worked with Donte and Shawn to look at a 2018 Lexus 450hL. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. They never put any pressure on us and we had a great experience working with them. Ali, in the Finance Department, was also great to work with. He also was super friendly and nice and gave us many options to consider when we purchased the car. The facilities were clean. They detailed the car so it was nice and clean. We would highly recommend that you see Donte, Shawn, and Ali when you're looking to buy a new or used car. You should definitely consider buying your next car here!

Manager Lied and tried to steal $2,500.00 from me

I was looking to trade in my truck for a newer car. Upon inspection, the MANAGER told me that he would only give me a certain amount, which was $2500.00 less than most others, citing that there was a repair he was going to have to make. When I told him that I was going to take it to my mechanic to verify it, he was very insistent that I don't go anywhere else, as he wanted to do the repair himself. He insisted that we go ahead with the purchase, and once the warranty company decided to pay for the repair, he would reimburse me for the $2,500.00. He coached me as to what to say if an adjuster contacted me about the repair. He claimed I had to leave the vehicle with him for at least a week to make it available IN CASE the adjuster showed up to inspect it. I took it to my mechanic anyway, he checked it out and told me that there was NOTHING wrong with the truck as far as what that manager told me. I was very upset to say the least. I wrote a bad review on his website, and he emailed me, chastising me for the review. I will never patronize this company again, and I suggest the same to anyone else who may consider going there. Zelena was a GREAT salesperson, too bad she lost a sale due to her manager. She is why they got a 4-star rating for customer service. I am fair, unlike the manager!!!

The Employees are all so friendly and ready to help. They really bent over backwards for me. The facility was so clean. Allan helped us with the purchase of my vehicle. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me. He knows his stuff and was so kind! Mary over financial made everything so easy for me. She is a rockstar! I am so grateful for there help and hard work to give me the best possible service. They really know how to put the customer first.

HORRIBLE, horrible people

These people are scammers. They will take your down payment, tell you that you are approved, take your trade in, let you drive off with the car, and then call you the next week to tell you that the loan did not go through, but they are keeping your down payment, AND your trade-in, and that you must return the car they “sold” you. They make up their own fake reviews, they are seriously MOB type people and should be in jail. Unreal.

Long wait

I was looking purchase a used car and when I called about a specific car I was hung up on twice. I should have taken that as a sign and when I drove there I walked I several times to ask to drive a car before a salesperson came to help. When sitting down to work out the numbers the other sales people were goofing off inside and setting off the car alarms on the cars on the floor. We went back and forth and the salesman disappeared somewhere for 30 minutes. I finally got smart and left.

My salesman was James. He was great to work with. When I had finally decided to buy the car of my dreams, I called him to put the car on hold. He asked if I had any money to put down, which I didn't at that time. He then gave me his word that he would hold the car for me. He did. When it came time to buy, I was sitting with the guy to has me sign all the papers and we got talking a little about James. This guy mentioned that James is very honest ..."almost to a fault" he said. I don't think being honest if ever a bad thing, in fact it is always very positive. I will go back to James again. Went to look at a camaro, salesman was nice but when I checked the cars price on KBB and NADA I found that the car was priced $2500 over high blue book, he gave some nonsense about market value so I didnt buy. Check your blue book before you buy.
